The service here was better than Arby’s in Camp Hill, PA… Our last visit to Camp Hill resulted in throwing away the roast beef smh! The roast beef had blood dripping from it… I had the manager remake the sandwiches, but had the same issue smh! I will NEVER go back to Camp Hill Arby’s… This location is our new favorite .

The gentelmen working there april 14 late afternoon is probably the best ever worker at a fast food place. I mean, the guy loved what he did and was super pleasant . Not only made me feel welcomed but also suggested how I could save money as I am very naive about knowing all of the super awesome combo deals they have. So I appreciate him. I love Arby’s period, but this was the best experience ever at a fast food place.

This Arby’s used to be great. I got food yesterday, though, in addition to other meals recently, and everything has changed. Meat portions have been reduced (even though prices have gone up), and I couldn’t even drink my Jamocha shake because of the #$@% paper straw. I’m environmentally conscious, but you can’t drink through paper straws, especially a shake. The small holes in the paper straws reduce the vacuum created that is necessary to drink a drink. Get rid of the paper straws, increase the meat portion (or reduce the price), and I might go back.

I usually give places a 2nd chance but this location has gotten 5, 6. 7 chances. I realize “special orders” are a pain especially when busy but I was just there and it was not busy.

Ordered an order of regular french fries. Guess someone was trying to be smart. We got a box of mostly curly fries and maybe 7 regular fries on top so we couldn’t see the curly fries. Both orders of fries were cold!! So tired of not getting what we order!!

Roast beef is either slimy or charred. Soda machine and ice machine haven’t worked in months. Staff are numerous but always doing anything besides helping customers. No napkins on trays.

This Arby’s was very clean and the service was good. Our Beef & Cheddar sandwiches could’ve used a bit more of their red sauce and the beef could’ve been more evenly distributed instead of clumped onto one side. Other than that it was good as were the crinkle cut fries.
