I bought the brisket sandwich for my mom. She cannot chew the sandwich whole, so we have to remove the bun and cut up the meat for her. My mom is blind and while she was eating the meat I noticed something fuzzy in her meat. I reached over to see what was on her plate. I pulled up on the fuzzy stuff to find out it was a lot of hair mixed in the meat. I actually had to run outside to throw up. My mom could have eaten that disgusting hair. Over a year ago we visited this Arby’s before the pandemic. Drive thru is like taking your driver’s license test all over again. We noticed the server who took our money had a mask but no gloves and also handed us our food.Sandwiches were lukewarm..not fresh. Not so sure we will go back..not sure that Arby’s is following good sanitation habits.. Before the pandemic I wrote this review that this Arby’s was a pleasure to visit.

The chicken salad sandwich was great, but the gyro didn’t have lettuce, onion, or tomato. I didn’t unwrap it until we were too far away to go back. Very disappointed. I was looking for more than just meat on bread.

Ordered 2 chicken sliders. One was perfect. A chicken tender which hung out over the bun. 2nd looked different. Nothing hanging out over the bun. Inside this slider was a 50 cent size nugget. What a rip-off.

Arby’s seems to ALWAYS deliver a great experience. The staff always seem super friendly and engaging. The food…..everything has been on point! Please bring back the Wagyu burger. That thing was incredibly flavored and just plain ridiculous. Also, let’s go old school and bring back potato cakes.
