I ordered a Reuben sandwich and as I was eating it I noticed a dark red sauce line where they had cut it in half!!! At that moment I had realized the sandwich was cut with a dirty knife!!! I can no longer order let alone eat at this location. I’m just hoping all other locations wash their utensils before handling other’s food.

Wow I just got 8 classics and loaded Mac and cheese. Got home and found my Mac and cheese was almost entirely eaten. No chicken in it little bacon .I am sure she accidentally put one someone behind the counter was eating. Very gross ,upset my stomach. Some one needs to wake up. I’m sure they aren’t just 2 spoonfuls with no chicken or bacon. IT’S HARD TO GET GOOD HELP.

Mason rang us up. Wrong person to tell your order to. You could barely even hear him and completely felt uncomfortable to talk to. Food wasnt all that great either. Could hear the employees yelling at each other the entire time we were there about there personal lives. Then one said he was going home to take a nap and come back later.

You know, I didn’t mind paying almost $20 for a sandwich and a meal but if i’m paying that much i’d like to at least have all of the items from my order included. And not have to drive all the way back after driving all the way home… I guess i’ll enjoy my $20 cold order now….. At least it still tastes well cold?
