Great sandwiches and fries. Girl at the drive through was very pleasant. Fast and efficient. Order was 100% accurate as well

Food was fresh and hot…service I gave a one only because the cashier never smiled and never said good evening back when I did greet her. Location is OK but needs better lighting.

The parking lot is kind of strange. You have to cross the drivethru lane to enter if you’re going to dine in.

The food is great, but the wait is always long and some of the employees are rude. Most are awesome, though!

2.5/5 Dude at the register made weird comments about chicken livers and legalizing kidnapping so he can steal a date. Also forgot to include my Buffalo sauce. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the young lady working with him clearly was as uncomfortable as we were.

They seem to cater more toward the bums that come in and plop down. You have a better chance if you go in, to get a decently made sandwich and fresh hot crinkle cut or curly fries. I went through the drive through. I got a sloppily made spicy roast beef, a old cold crispy fish sandwich, and curly fries. I went through at 3pm. There’s merit to another Reviewer about the roast beef being Undercooked and the curly fries were Old hard bits which I tossed out to the birds at home. This has happened on Numerous Occasions for me to have to say something. Too Bad. A few years ago when it was still cool to pay rent & bills instead of living off the kindness and generosity of others as a lifestyle the food was larger quantity and better quality. Seems now they have to take up the slack somewhere. Such a shame. And please don’t PATRONIZE me with your ‘oh reach out to us and we’ll make it right’ jag. I don’t want your hollow premise to fix it. This is what the country has become. Weirdo’s Zippheads and Tranks and Erie has MORE than it’s fair share. Enufsed

The roast beef is clearly undercooked… pink and slimy. You can even see the pink on the bottom bun in the photo.

Had no problem finding seating, food was delicious, and service was outstanding!! The cashier promptly to down my order, had a friendly attitude, and even delivered the food to my table when it was ready. Definitely would refer others to dine at this Arbys
