We come to warren pa 2xs a month and we have stopped here the last 2 times. The first time my.only compliant was all the fruit flies all around the condiments. But i never spoke up, figured it was a one time thing. This time, we ordered, I used the restroom quickly. The place was empty. However the employee using the rest room stall next to me never washed their hands and went back to work. I asked my husband if a customer or an employee came out. Then when I came out, he already had our food, and the fries obviously been sitting a while. Once again, the fruit flies were terrible at condiments but this time they flew in our faces the whole time we picked at our food that had been sitting a while. What a waste of money. We won’t be back, disgusting!

Went on Monday and ordered buffalo chicken wrap. Chicken was so over done that I bruised the inside of the roof of my mouth. Also the buffalo sauce was so extremely hot that I drank two straight glasses to try and cool my mouth down. It is now Saturday and my mouth is still tender and I’m unable to eat anything because of the tenderness. I didn’t finish the wrap on Monday, but I sure didn’t think I would be feeling the after affects this long.

Absolutly horrid place to eat. the one manager is extremely rude and has quite the mouth on her I get its fast food if you can even call it that cause it takes 15 20 minutes to get your food, but she should be more professional if you don’t like working with the public find a new job. The same order I get everytime I go there is now 10 dollars more (I get inflation but I was there just last week)

Nice staff but you could tell they were woefully understaffed which I think is what led to the mistakes. Ordered a large chocolate shake and large fries and they produced a creamsicle shake and curly fries. I don’t blame the staff, but I would not stop if you are looking to get your food and quickly get back on the road
