I went through the drive through because my co-worker was hungry and wanted Arby’s. She said her food was good, it smelled yummy! The prices are a little bit higher but I believe it’s always been that way. We were there around lunchtime and we didn’t have to wait too long for her order to be ready. The employees were nice.

The slowest fast food place ever. You can be the only one in the drive thru and still wait 20mins befor you get to order. Than they wait till you pay befor putting your food in so another 15mins.

They were supposed to put my tatet sauce on the side for my fish sandwich. But that did happen. So I call up just to let them know they didn’t give me any tarter sauce .the dude ask you wanna come back I give you tarter sauce. And he just hung up on me .

The food was great but the wait was awful. The staff took forever to come to get my order and then I waited about twenty minutes for roast beef sandwiches and hot peppers. Bumped them back up to 4 stars though because they were understaffed and apologetic.

Service has been getting slower but ordered the new garlic ribeye sandwich, got home and instead got a chicken sandwich. Also got Spicy Three Pepper sauce packets, which based on the copyright date is from 2021, one taste and threw it out – they need to check their dates on the packets.

Employee passed me my bag through the drive thru window with 3 full meals and a loaded macaroni and cheese all in one bag and it ripped out of my hand and on the ground… Such a waste of good food. I offered to help him clean it up, but he said not to that “they had people that do that” and asked me to drive forward. Manager must have told him to come sweep it up. And I was thinking he must have learned a valuable lesson…but no…the same employee that just swept it up outside hands it to me all in one bag again. The worst part was his fingernails were bleeding around his cuticles! Hope he didn’t make the sandwich too! #DobetterARBYS
