Don’t usually like to get takeout anywhere, but gave this place a go anyway, partly since we were in a hotel just across the road, and more importantly, their dining room was closed because someone had driven through the wall. Kids were favourably impressed with the food, particularly the curly fries.

Food was good, went through the drive-thru was pretty smoothly. But they forgot food in the bags. Even asked if everything was there before bags were handed over and they assured. But they were missing a sandwich and a fry. Beats the purpose of the drive-thru if you have to go back in and grab the stuff they forgot

If you only try roast beef you’re missing out. The chicken sandwich beats all other fast food chicken. It’s like it’s fresh off of the grill homemade

I tried to get the 5 for $5 on the app but I couldn’t figure it out. The girl on the drive thru intercom told me to come in and they would help me with the app. So I went inside the store and not one person tried to help me. Everyone ignored me and the manager couldn’t even stop for 2 minutes to look at the app. She had no idea what to do either and even though I was standing there, showing her the app, she said she couldn’t give me the discount. The manager should have stopped what she was doing and at least looked at the app, there were enough employees standing around that she could have made time.The app is garbage

Your typical Arby’s restaurant. The food came quickly and was as expected. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. We stopped here for a quick bite to eat b4 heading to 1st Summit Arena for a concert

I got their chicken strips and curly fries. Their chicken strips crust was very hard. You had to pull the hard parts of the breading off the strips in order to eat it. The chicken itself was good. The curly fries were great.

I have had minor issues with food orders being a bit messed up, thus the overall 4☆☆☆☆ rating, the food has always been delicious and competitive in cost. The staff has always fixed any mistakes quickly and professionally. Places get super busy and you get this from time to time EVERYWHERE! No place immune to mess-ups. We have always enjoyed Arby’s and have no desire to stop being loyal customers.

Was a little underwhelmed here. My fish sandwich looked like it fell on the floor in the kitchen and was stepped on a few times(see picture). While the area seemed clean, when the soda machine kicks on(about ever 3 mins) it sounds like a small engine plane is taking off. Not the best, quiet atmosphere you expect for a fast food place.
