Bill !!!! I can’t friggin wait till they finish the one in Kittanning!!!!!! The day I went to get a sandwich they were having a little car cruise , that actually had a handful of of nice cars. The Shelby cobra kit car was probably the coolest ride in the lot . If it was a real one I apologize. I was there for a slamwich bill…..

Fairly normal Arby’s. Food is sometimes a little inconsistent. They took mac and cheese off the menu, which was a family favorite. Love their Kings Hawaiian roll sandwiches, both fish and chicken.

Please tell me why it is so hard for these workers make a turkey slider?! That is the only thing my child will eat from there and he loves them! They give me so much ignorance and attitude just because I ask for a turkey and cheese Slider. Yet any other thing on the menu you can change and modify!!

Never in my life have I had a more disappointing experience again and again. When this Arby’s first opened it wasn’t bad but the last four times I’ve been there have just been awful. I kept hoping maybe it was someone bad day or possibly a newbie, but this last time was the cake topper. I’ve had two sandwiches that were uncooked and raw. The last time in the chicken was dirty missing almost all the breading looked smoothed and was absolutely disgusting. When i went into the restaurant to return the sandwich the women were leaning over the counter looking at a phone. The cook was waving around a spatula and laughing. He had long hair and no hair net of any kind. I told them how disappointed I was and that I didn’t even want the money back a woman then asked why I even came back in. Then tried to remake my sandwich but only after a already negative interaction. It looked more like friends hanging out at a backyard BBQ than employees doing their jobs. Which explains. And to whomever replies to your reviews I’ve seen your generic unheartfelt replies which says a lot about your business and how is probably run. Be rest assure a phone call to the health inspector and head of franchise will be made. The community here deserves a better product and this site would be better off used as additional parking for Wendy’s or giant eagle where at least they understand without pleasing their customers they’d have no business. It’s obviously assumable that this restaurant has changed owners since it’s beginning. And hopefully that happens again soon.

I love Arby’s. However, the one in Leechburg has repeatedly been a disappointment. Recently I ordered the Loaded Italian Sandwich there, and as you can see from the picture. Almost a quarter of the bun had no meat and little toppings.

4th of July lunchtime I appreciated Arbys being open, but the 2 ladies up front were MISERABLE, even though we were very nice & cordial & patient with them. There is no call for that, being courteous to your customers should be job 1. AND they got my order wrong. If u read other reviews here lately, it seems like this is a common issue. Management, you need to do a better job. 2 stars because the food was good, once it was corrected.

Ran out of beef at 8:30pm. Your primary product is beef. Also it is getting dark and none of the outside lights are on. Maybe they wanted to look closedxsince they were out of beef. Won”t be coming back here.
