Asked for cheese with curley fries. The cup had so little cheese you could see the bottom of the cup. Ordered a #1 classic. The amount of cheese was laughable. Ordered a coke and got dr pepper. Wow! Good job guys!!

I have been coming to this Arby’s location for over 10 years. I go here because the service is usually really good. Today, that was not the case. The girl that waited on me was so unprofessional. When I started to order she seemed to act like I was bothering her by placing an order. She was being extremely rude and I began to become annoyed.She wouldn’t even let me finish speaking while I was placing my order and kept cutting me off I may have been a bit short when I spoke to her after that, but I never yelled or said anything disrespectful. She then asked me if I had some kind of problem? I said, no there is not problem but your being very rude. I continued to state that I was a manager in the food industry and that she was being very unprofessional. She then told me to leave and to get out of her line, which there was no line as I was the only person being waited on. I drove away, and as I was leaving I see this same girl giving me the finger thru the window. Needless to say I will never be returning to this location. Idk how this girl is a manage! If I treated one of my customers the way she treated me I would most likely loose my job. I hope she doesn’t treat all the guests this way because she is loosing your business customers ☹️

Someone did come around and ask everyone in dining room how everything was and I probably should have said something then, but chose not to say what happened because I do not wish to try and get anyone in trouble. I realize people don’t always think things through or sometimes just trying to get through their work day.

I pulled up to the drive-thru at 10:48 and it said to come back at normal business hours. Online it says they are opened till 11:00. What a waste of a trip I didn’t know you had to get your orders in at least 15 min before they closed it should really say that so people don’t waste their time coming if they aren’t gonna make it. I thought they were serving food till 11. Apparently not.

David is a great worker! He’s taken our order twice and just a super friendly guy. The food has been great too for fast food. We now prefer this Arby’s location over the chick fil a across the street

Wow. Manager is so rude and so was the other lady working. Came thru the drive thru and my bf ordered two beef and cheddar sandwiches on a sesame seed bun with no red sauce. When we got the food it had the red sauce on it. He went in to tell them and the manager was so rude and said “is that the confusing order? I’m not making it again!!!” The food sucked too. Tasted weird.

The Arby’s I got to is always clean and orderly. They do a nice job with refreshing the menu and still have the traditional favorites. If a person hasn’t been to an Arby’s in a while, it’s worth giving it a try again.

I don’t know what happened to this place, but the food was dry as …. even with nacho cheese. SAD because we used to like Arby’s. This was the first time back to this one in almost 2 years and will longer before we go back.
