Everyone was super nice. Someone in our party commented that their fries seemed to be the bottom of the bag just a bunch of broken pieces. The Ruben could have been toasted better. Otherwise things were good. Many in my large group got the burgers and loved them.

3 times 3 chances 3 cold food and having to leave the drive thru to come inside and have them remake it for me and rude staff how they remain open is beyond me. Today the cashier heavy set lady in a black shirt was throwing change around in front of customers the cook was wearing some type of arm sleeve . They also forgot my straw Arby’s corporate needs to come and throughly inspect this place at best it is a 2 star. It a 4 star restaurant

I just left that Arby’s on my way from Ohio to New jersey and Brandi is the best example of amazing customer service! Wasn’t expecting that at Arby’s seeing how I never go to Arby’s but glad I went. She was very kind and made my kids day and mine. It’s hard to find people that still exist on this planet. Very beautiful soul.
