These people that work here suck. They are so rude and unprofessional. I had just gotten back from having my fiancé in the hospital for surgery and figured id stop and get food. I spent $40 and they gave me medium fries when i paid for large. Then when i called them they were very very rude to me. I do not recommend this Arbys. At all.

I got a family bundle two days ago via drive thru..the food was cold..I called spoke to manager Charlie he said bring receipt in a couple days and they would replace it..I just got it replaced and AGAIN it’s cold and not edible. They don’t seem to care at this establishment I wouldn’t recommend going here.

First the food was all fridge-cold; The manager said they would replace it. So we went to get it replaced 2 days later with more cold food. Store manager WAS there and oversaw what we were handed.. Not again.

I ordered take out this morning from the dining room. To the best of my recollection, this is my first time visiting this establishment. They have signs on their doors advising us to be kind to the employees who show up, as lots of places are understaffed these days. This is an understandable measure given the Great Resignation. I must have had the good fortune to come on one of their better days, as everyone in the kitchen was cordial and polite, from the cashier to the cooks. It is rare to encounter such pleasant employees in the fast food industry these days. I will likely come again the next time I am in the neighborhood.
