I’ve gone to this Arby’s several times since it’s opened, and the food is always fresh and the service top notch. We really think this is consistently the best Arby’s we have ever been to. The buns and meat are always very fresh and the fries are hot. Seriously- that’s not common much anymore. Great job to this location!

The workers were very nice, but so overwhelmed. My order was super wrong, but they very quickly did their best to fix it. There were only two girls working the entire store. How many plates do you want them juggling Arby’s? Either find more people or close some days. They don’t deserve that.
A BETTER PRINTING SOURCE TERI
Went through the drive-thru. I ordered classic roast beef and medium coke. Two different guys asked me about sauces and seemed really disappointed that I didn’t want any. Didn’t check until I got home, my bad. I had a roast beef with Swiss cheese, lettuce and tomato on a burned bun. It obviously was someone else’s order. The coke tasted funny, I think it was diet. It was a really strange experience and I have been pretty pleased with stopping here several times in the past few months.

I always get pulled around to the front to wait. there’s always too much sauce on whatever sandwich i get. i still stop and am happy to have another fast option when needed.

Worst service I’ve ever had! Went there to redeem an email coupon I received for my birthday. First they refused to honor it then after speaking with the manager she said she would give it to me free of charge due to the confusion, which I appreciate but yet still messed up my order as well as messed up my daughters order she purchased separately. I will never return to this New Brighton location. Get your act together Arby’s or at least hire people who are competent and can do their job correctly!

The Wagyu burger is the best deep-fried burger around. Definitely a go to at Arby’s now. My fries were cold but that burger made up for it.

Drive thru is terrible. 13 dollars for a meal that was barely edible. Cold fries, dry roast beef. You can tell the people who work there are miserable. Never again.

Came to arbys for dinner looked around there was only 2 people working a female manager and a black male the man was so wonderful they were busy but he was not stressed he handled it very well smiled said thank you and was working very hard to make orders the female manager was working hard on sandwiches I want to say thank you to the 2 hard working employees when it was busy they deserve a raise 2 people doing a teams work alone!
