Had to call because made it all the way home after work at 11:00pm just to realize my order was incomplete.. got home again after retrieving missing items just to realize the turkey and Swiss was a mess! Sauce all over the outside of sandwich which made it soggy and meat was only to one side..? Just a complete mess.. A sandwich? Like I’m confused on how it possibly could have been prepared this bad unless a literal 2 year old made it.. disappointing

I ordered a chicken wrap. I didn’t care for the wrap. I was trying to eat while driving. They didn’t cut it all the way in half so I just waited. Anytime I got home it was just ok. Mozz sticks and fries were hot and fresh.

No coupons this time when I asked but the beef and cheddar sandwiches were fresh and hot, always get the horsey sauce.. this location has coke products which is fine.. I rather have mt dew, but none the less great service and people, clean inside.

I was impressed clean store. Staff was quick to get your order. They had someone fulfilling the orders. They read the order back to you. All food was hot fresh and what was ordered. They had plenty of options and cost is comparable to the other chains. I felt this was a step above the others.

Excellent when girls are on. Tonight’s crew didn’t know what they were doing! This is my Rueben had no Swiss cheese or sauerkraut . I told them and they made me another Rueben at least it was toasted but still didn’t have cheese or sauerkraut! Also curly fries tasted like cooked in burnt oil. Yuck to this experience.

Ordered the loaded white cheddar mac and cheese with chicken and bacon. All you could taste is the ranch dressing. Very small portion in the Box. Visit was at 8:00 p.m. maybe they were out of mac and cheese? Girl working the drive-thru was extremely friendly. They seem to be a tight-knit group. A benefit poster was on the window for an employee who had passed away so I made a donation. It seemed that he was well liked by his coworkers. Rest in peace Scott Arnold, aka the fry guy.
