The staff here is amazing. The food is fresh and delicious. They care about customer service. I asked for extra chicken salad and I got extra. They don’t play games here and I like that. They no doubt care about your satisfaction. My fries were too salty and I asked them for unsalted fries and they went ahead and made them for me. This whole staff deserves much praise, recognition and raises asap. Makes me want to specifically only come to this branch. Clean restaurant and well managed. Highly recommend this location!

I ordered the turkey club sandwich and it was very good, not as much like fast food. The sandwich was made correctly, and the items seemed fresh. It was quiet when we went and my wife and I both commented on how nice it was.

At least at the Auburn NY location, their roast beef sandwiches are always tender & perfect !! My fave fast food. Love their crinkle fries as well !!

I ordered the Smokehouse Brisket with an Arby’s root beer float and a side of the all-white meat chicken nuggets are made with100% chicken breast with a great tasting Bronco Berry Sauce this was a great lunch and fastest drive thru and great fast food restaurant with awesome work staff you should try it!!

Honestly, I have only ever used the drive thru. Less than a half a mile from where I work, I go often on my lunch break.

Its always been fast service and fairly fresh. From 2-5 they have a dollar menu which is amazing! They may not always get your name right.. But it is fun to change names for a little while with your friends and share a decent place to eat!

Ordered the new rib sandwich sign outside said they no the mcrib they use real ribs went to eat my sandwich they lied it wasnt even ribs looks like some kind of chicken bunch of liars was still pretty good not rib sandwich

Fries were terribly old, and the buffalo chicken sandwich was completely drenched in sauce and soggy. I mean, it was so drenched it was leaking out the wrap and everything. Would not recommend. There was barely any lettuce on the sandwich at all. I will never order that sandwich again.
