I ordered the smokehouse brisket sandwich. The sandwich was very grease, but it was delicious. Nothing like the picture, but it is a good combination of flavors. The establishment seems clean and organized, however, it would be nice to see the staff at least a short smile, they all looked tired or annoyed but something.

Mannn just like everything else, arby is going downhill too. It’s like you need someone watching all the workers making sure they do their job nowadays like a hawk. I like the owner here and he works very hard, not sure if he is still the owner but I know he has more workers and newer now then the last time I came here. When he was here my order was accurate, hot and correct. Recently NOV 27 2022 to be exact, around 6ish I walked in here to pick up an order, everyone was huddled looking at a phone, my order was already made, I never got my chicken tenders I ordered. I call the store, busy signal for about half an hour. Now they must have realized they kept my tenders and took the phone off. So I call corporate, another disappointment, guy wanted me to call the store back or go there, which I would’ve done if I didn’t live 30 mins way from the arbys. Anywho the customer service center took my information and here I am two weeks later waiting for the owner, corporate or someone to call me back and give me a refund. FYI With this $7 I spent on chicken tenders, I could get 2 weeks towards my accident plan with Aflac.

I went to this location today. I bought some sliders. I also got the strawberry lemonade that they make. All of the food was excellent,including the drinks. They have great service and friendly staff. I would recommend coming here. Thank you

Love ur curly fries but u guys always put everyone in 1 bag to the point I had to ask 2x for one bag just so my stuff wouldn’t get crammed into one bag and smushed together like last time…..u all act like there’s a huge bag shortage…..its okay to space things out a bit.

Our local Arby’s closed a while back, so I was really excited to find this while travelling for the weekend. Unfortunately, Arby’s seems to have really gone downhill. The roast beef was thick, square, and gross. It looks like it came out of those cheap packages of processed meat you buy at the grocery store.
