The people in the front don’t seem to like what they are doing, they give you a attitude yes it’s the fast food industry please smile and continue to do your job not tell the customer it’s the ready and walk alway we all know it’s busy but we don’t need to be treated like we are going to a DMV. No service and the food is not even correct when they claim that it is ready. Unbelievable I need to start going to a cross the street to the other fast food joints.

Blackout The Rebel
For some reason, whenever I’m in Arby’s, I’m usually the youngest person in there by a lot (I’m 35, by the way) aside from the people who work there. I’m not sure how or why it’s marketed to be this senior citizen type of hangout spot, but I strongly encourage people of all ages to eat at Arby’s if there’s one available near you. Food is always really good and the service, in my opinion, has always been top teir, especially when compared to other fast food chains. This location particularly, I go to a lot and always have a pleasant experience. Their selections make them stand apart from the competition alone, but they do knock it out of the park. Stuff like their apple turnovers, their jalapeño bites, and other items give more than enough reason to come here. Don’t just look at the commercials. Actually, stop by one and check out their menu. Promise you won’t be disappointed.

I waited 1/2 hour to get 2 orders of mozzarella sticks, I didn’t even get them either because I was so upset at the lack of concern the manager had. After having waited that long I was too fed up to even wait for the manager to give me a return. I also watches an employee pick fris up off the floor and put it back in the basket with the fish batch of fries. Absolutely disgusting so that’ll be the last trip to the centereach location for me.

People working there can not take orders at all. They mess up orders constantly! This isn’t first time. Done with them. Everything ordered now will be online where their online ordering doesn’t make mistakes constantly.

The food was decent enough but the wait for my pick up app order took forever. I could have received my order much quicker by going to the counter and placing it at that time. It seems the workers were overwhelmed but no excuse as they were just moving at a snails pace. I know better now and will just do drive thru or place in person.

Got 4 large sandwiches in drive thru, asked for “extra extra” horsey sauce and only got 4 packets. Didn’t realize it till I got home. 2 of these are just enough for one large sandwich. Anyway slow delivery and the Latino guy was too into his cellphone to deal with me. It wasn’t crowded, very disappointing.

Such a nice place. I have to compliment the manager Paul. He is extremely pleasant,kind, respectful and accommodating. My gravy was kinda cold and he took the time to get me hotter gravy and apologized. When another customer came to him with an issue, he was just as apologetic and truly sincere. Way to go!!! I appreciate these Values and will recommend others to come here as well. The food is also delicious. God bless
