Visited this Arby’s since the one by us recently closed. They didn’t have the advertised deal on tv, etc. So we ordered the same items minus the deal. Although the one staff member was ok, the other preparing the order seemed to be bothered to have to work. The sandwiches were just slapped together. What a joke. We always give a second chance, maybe next time will be better. We hope. So far the worst Arby’s we’ve been to. Should have sent to Popeyes next door.

Food was good. Been back a couple of times. They have some pretty good options. Curly fries are a rare find these days and they hit just right. Price is in line with everybody else. Just good to mix in another option sometimes. Spicy Buffalo chicken sandwich was very nice. Bread was nice and soft and the spice level was spot on.

Kicking It in the Kitchen!!
They just opened on central avenue near the Popeyes. Not bad tasting. I ordered the roast beef, it was a bit bland and the sandwich needed to be much warmer. The curly fries were great, and the mozzarella sticks were crunchy. Guy on the register with big hair was very helpful and let me know what sandwiches and cheeses are the best. Seemed like a real nice person. Good job with the hiring. Only complaint was it took a bit long to pack up food. I noticed the sandwiches were done super quick. The fries and mozzarella sticks took longer but they set it to the side and I had to remind them to put everything in my bag. I was just looking at my food sitting there and growing impatient. I felt bad reminding them but I was staring at my food salivating for 5 minutes before I got the cashier’s attention and asked him to place the food in the bags. He was nice just had his hands busy. Keep up the good work Arby’s wishing this place a lot of success.

HORRIBLE!!! the young ladies are friendly but the service is not Great.. I ordered crispy chicken and swiss meal, crispy fish sandwich and 2more things. long long wait to receive my order. And when I finally received my food almost 15min later I went home to enjoy my food and it was disgusting.. nothing like the images they show you on there billboard. Fish was missing a piece,bread was broke and it looked like it had been someone else’s sandwich. The chicken sandwich was so mushy, soggy there was no way to fix it..

When does beef and cheddar come with 3/4 a SLICE of cheese instead if cheese sauce? They don’t tell you when you order that they ran out of cheese sauce and make you wait 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches with only 3 customers in the store! No apology, nothing but a sorry attitude!

The customer service was superb as they were friendly and attentive. Especially the young lady at the register. Food was fresh and hot. I tried the roast beef au jus for the first time and I will be ordering it again.

Today was the first and last time I come to this restaurant. There was no customers at the time I arrived with my wife, one counter person. We ordered the 2 for $6 deal and told not available. We ordered from regular menu, waited 20 minutes to get order. Soda dispenser lacking diet sodas, no condiment(ketchup) available, tables not clean, when I mentioned about a clean table, told no one to clean that I should clean table. Ate in car. Sandwiches had a strange taste, fries near raw, not what Arby’s shows in ads. Went back to complain, told there was nothing wrong, heat may have caused roast beef sandwich to spoil, offered no refunds. Loss $20.
