We have been coming to this place for about a year now and always loved it. Tonight we ordered a large amount of food to-go. Unfortunately when I took my first bite of a cheese enchilada and I bit into this 4 inch long screw 🙁 I couldn’t believe it was happening. We instantly went back to the restaurant with our entire order mostly untouched with the screw and everything. The manager apparently wasn’t present, and the woman who I spoke with let me know that a refund cannot be issued because I ordered through a 3rd party online ordering service. Horrifying and disturbing.

Got food to go and only took 15 minutes to prepare. The queso tasted good but very watery. I asked how big the bowl of queso is and was told it will feed 4 people. For $8 not bad. Except when I got a small container of queso that only fed one I realized it’s not worth it. The shrimp flautas were burned and hollow with the tail left on and caldo de res (not in pictures) was bland. The nachos in the picture are the kids nachos. The queso flameado was cold and the avocado was old (dark spots). Will not be getting food to go from here again. Bill was about $55.

This place gave me the best memories of what I miss so much going to authentic Mexican restaurant. It reminded me of mi abuela cooking. I smiled and cried on the inside. Thank you for the experience.

The place is clean and the service was very good. Our server was Ellie and she was very attentive without being obnoxious. I had the enchilada dinner and my husband had the carnitas. Not my mom’s cooking, but good. The Mexican Apple Pie was the best! Food us reasonably priced.

Had dinner here on a Monday evening. We were seated and served quickly and the food was decent. The building and items inside are pretty outdated, but the staff are polite and mostly attentive. Wouldn’t be my first choice for a date, but I’d come here again with friends/family.

Not what it use to be. Service was okay, had drink empty numerous times before I called for a refill. They don’t give tortillas with food that should have tortillas. The salsa tasted weird. The peppers in my meals was raw and not cooked. When I finally asked for tortillas they only give out 3 didn’t even asked if I wanted flour or corn. Just a sorry experience. Not happy at all about it.

We go here often on Wednesday nights. $7.57 for the enchilada special (water to drink)… and the service is outstanding. Salsa is really good.

Great service, good food and very very reasonable prices all make for a great Tex-Mex restaurant. I had the enchilada special of the day for $7 and it was definitely worth it.

Their charro beans just didn’t meet my standards they tasted like they were fixing to spoil plus I tried calling to make an order over the phone and the phone just kept ringing away without anyone answering it (let me say I was parked outside in my car calling in to order only because I had a small child with me and I didn’t want to wait inside to avoid him running around while I waited for my order)
