Poor customer service with Lisa Long(owner). Kitchen staff is horrible and can not follow customer orders. Food is never consistent with portion sizes. I ordered 2 chefs salads one with no olives or onions and the other no olives onions or mushrooms and the mushrooms are a major thing due to food allergies. Both were made exactly the same with mushrooms and no olives and huge strips of meat. Called and was told to bring them back to be remade, I got the replacement and open the box to see the same long strips of meat not chopped like they should be. Hostess apologized and had them fix it and opened the one box and looked fine, and did not open the other one which is my fault. As I got home and found they had done the exact same salads again with no mushrooms or olives, green peppers and still had onions. Called and spoke to the owner and explained to her the situation and was told “ok, sorry” with zero sympathy. Will never eat there again which is horrible as White Sulphur has zero affordable eating options.

We are from out of town but stopped here after leaving New River Gorge NP. The food was delicious! My husband had spaghetti and I had a turnover with ham and pineapple (I know some find that disgusting but I happen to love the two together). We thoroughly enjoyed both and brought home plenty of leftovers. We had the leftovers tonight and those were yummy also! Our waitress was great but I believe she was the only one for the whole restaurant. She was definitely on the move between the inside and outside seating. Give April’s Pizzeria a try! I think you will be glad you did!

Stopped by during the power outage last night. My pizza was incorrect but they made it right with no issue! Would have been happy to wait a few more minutes as the replacement was a little undercooked but reheated our leftovers for lunch today and it was fantastic!

Place is hit or miss anymore, and more often misses. Portion sizes are unreliable, cooks seem incapable of making a salad correctly (salad was made wrong, and then remade wrong again, and had hardly any lettuce) and owner was unconcerned with addressing the issue. Service has consistently gone downhill over the past couple years, won’t be back after the salad fiasco.

I have eaten here ever since I was a kid and I have had no problems with this place it’s great for anyone who wants to just have something simple to eat, it’s great for kids and big family’s, and the service is great there nice and they don’t typically slack off. The only time you would receive your food late is when they’re busy and that is honestly impressive.

We drove 1 hour round-trip to pickup pizzas from April’s, we ordered an alfredo white pizza with no onions, when we arrived back we noticed we had a Hawaiian pizza with onions. We’re thinking, no big deal, we’ll call and it will be worked out. We called and an unprofessional lady answered with an attitude asking “what’s the problem here, sir” we explained the situation and she says, we can make you a new one tomorrow? We are from out of town, we live 4 and 1/2 hours away, we are heading home in the morning, we cant and wont eat this pizza due to allergies, so we requested a refund. The lady proceeded to argue with us that we in fact ordered this pizza and refused to make it right. I would not recommend spending your money here!

Very bad experience with this place. We were visiting a near by town from out of state and placed a pick up order from here. One of our pizzas was completely wrong and when we called to ask them to refund the one pizza, considering we were from out of town, they refused. They argued and said that was what we ordered. Shame on you Aprils. Bad way to treat people bringing tourism to your area.

This location could be a very nice place to eat but unfortunately it has 80% kids working who want to be done by 9 pm and ownership who doesn’t monitor that they stop taking tables around 815 pm

The hand-tossed pizza we had was amazing! We were with a large group and they took excellent care of us. The young man took all of our orders at once and brought the food out quickly and it was hot & point on!

While visiting our oldest daughter in white sulfur springs we decided to try this place out for supper this eve and the food was amazing ! My wife and I wanted pizza and it had the best tasting sauce we have ever had ! Not to sweet, not bitter but just a perfect flavor ! The rest of the family and grandkids had sandwiches and ff with wings , they was great as well ! And they delivered it to us ! Very worth all we spent and very cheap at that , for the order we had placed we expected it to be 125.00 and it was 71.84 ! Wow what a very nice place for families !
