I was just blown away by this place. This is the best boba I’ve ever had and the presentation of the food is stunning. It is DELICIOUS. I got the green tea small boba & the New York crepe. 10/10 and the service was amazing.

The closest place to get boba tea if you’re working in the Network Drive office park, or staying at the Archer hotel. Be aware that while their menu doesn’t list black milk tea(!), you can get it by asking them to make your boba tea using the unsweetened tea, then adding sugar and milk. Simple, I know, but not on the menu so now you’re in the know, too

This is really a mom and pop store—I used to work here 20 years ago! The couple that owns this place are really kind and hard working. The crepes are delicious, as are the apple pie bites!

Appleseed has been serving amazing crepes for as long as I can remember. I’ve been a fan here ever since they were located in their kiosk location in front of the escalators about 15 years back. I’m love-crazed for the Paris- bananas, roasted almonds and Nutella. I also opt for the strawberries and whipped cream to round out this delectable dessert. Perfect balance of sweet, tangy, chocolatey-Nutella and aromatic pastry. A must-try when visiting the Burlington mall.

So good. Been going here for years. Always fresh ingredients, made in front of you. Nice employees too.

I really like this place a lot. It’s one of the better eateries in the food court, and you can see them prepare your food. The dessert crepes are phenomenal, especially the New York one (cheesecake filling). The bubble tea is pretty good, as well! However, I have NEVER seen them change gloves between handling meat products and the dessert crepes… They use tissue paper, but still.

The food here is always top notch! Can’t beat the crepes and the various juice drinks! No wonder they’ve been in the food court this long! Go there, you won’t be disappointed!

We need more places that can make a panini this well. Whatever spread they use on it brings me some sort of nostalgia. Extremely delightful. I also love the nutella crepe.
