Today was awful. Already not having a good day I wanted to get some hot chicken wings and soup for the rainy day. I ordered French onion soup and usually they have the soup and the breaded topping on the side. (This is though Door Dash that I picked up. Today they gave me a completely different soup. They gave me some type of chicken tortilla soup or something with the breaded cheese topping for the French onion already on top. It looks horrendous and absolutely unappetizing starting with the fact it’s not the soup I ordered. The wings were ice cold and the order wasn’t even ready when I got there. It’s a five minute drive back to my house. Luckily door dash gave me nearly a full refund.

Better than anticipated. Food was good for the price – and for what I would expect of an Applebee’s. Quesadillas were super yummy. If you’re a tech-geek you can order from their nifty tablets on each table. Easier than the service. Wait staff needs to be better trained. Been here three times and waiters are kinda clueless. Nice ambiance and comfty booths to sit at. Oh, and easy parking.

It was so fun we ordered the suicide so basically suicide is where are you can get every drink in the fountain and they gave it to us for free and the mozzarella sticks we got were so yummy. We got a order of 12 of them. It was super yummy and I can’t wait to come back today. What an amazing experience. Thank you so much. Had not eaten there in many years, they were not very busy , started placing order I ordered a Michelob ultra. Oh, we’re out of Michelob, the waitress, said my wife ordered a specialty cocktail of theirs. After placing an order, we waited , 30 minutes no food , 45 minutes no food , shortly there after the food arrived pretty much cold, but no cocktail that my wife ordered. ask the waitress for a cocktail. Oh it’ll be ready soon., ask a total of three times during our meal for the cocktail, with the meals over , her cocktail FINALLY arrived. We refused it, they remove the cocktail from the bill, but the damage was done cold food , no beer and a drink delivered after the meal. What a shame that used to be a decent place.

At this point, I’m not sure why I keep going to Applebees, be it this Windsor location or the Santa Rosa Ave location. Every. Single. Time. I order Carside pickup, these locations never even pay attention to this service that they supposedly offer. Every time I have to call and say “I’m here!” And every time they say cheerfully, “Okay, we’ll be right out!” Nope! They never come. Every time it’s me going in and can you believe it!?! My order IS SITTING ON THE COUNTER!!

We stopped by about noon on a Saturday which is a little early for this area. Out server was sweet and friendly. She was efficient with our orders and then other folks she was serving. Out food arrived quickly and was excellent. The portions were a little larger than we’d expected, but we managed to finish most of it. While we were there, an elderly gentleman had a fall in their parking lot. He wasn’t badly hurt, but a bit shaken. Our server and the bartender rushed out to help him and brought him a chair so he could recover with a glass of ice water in the shade. It was heartening to see them trade off keeping him company while he waited for his ride.
