The service was not that great. The waitresses were nice but the wait time for our meal was a little long. Also I got the bourbon chicken and shrimp. My friend also got they same and both skillets were greasy. I tried separating onto a separate plate but I was getting sick from eating it and was unable to finish it. He was able to finish it but he also did not enjoy how greasy it was.

My 2 daughters and I went tonight and to start off a bad experience I had to wait for the hostess to come check us in we waited 10 minutes then I asked a server if someone was up here about that time the hostess came she took my name said 5 minutes after about 5 minutes she ask if I wanted to sit by bar at the high top tables I said no I wanted a booth she said then you have to wait another 5 minutes so I asked about the big area away from bar she took off like I said nothing then about 5 minutes later she calls other people 3 or 4 times and sits them in that big area then says follow me and sits us at a booth right next to bar behind 3 guys at the bar that living it up and loud as heck my daughters and I were having a hard time hearing each other the waitress was very nice and took our drink order then came back 5 minutes later and took food order while we were waiting it got louder and louder so I ask the waitress to cancel our order and we left after about 30 minutes I called them and asked for the manager but got told they were super busy and she( the manager) was helping with food orders I needed to call back in an hour or so…. I have eaten at alot of Applebee’s even during happy hour and never had this type of experience… if they are shot staffed..hire…other wise maybe retraining would be helpful.

Terrible service!!! They took the order after 30 minutes, although the waiter was called 3 times! Waited 20 minutes for the bill! Cocktails are delicious, well done bartender. The waiters are completely incompetent!!! Forgot to bring one dish that was ordered, but added it to the check. Lost a lot of time! I do not advise anyone to go here, only ruined the mood!

The service was the slowest we have ever experience. Let’s not talk about how much of our whole order was incorrect smh. I don’t know if it has to do that fact that this is a small town or what ever the case may be. Not going to this Apple bees again. I rather make the drive to the nearest town for a different Apple bees.

It took nearly an hour to order food. The waitress was to busy visiting. A homeless person was allowed in to sell goods table to table and bother patrons. Only half our food order was eventually served the other half sat in the warmer another 15-20 min. Once it was delivered it was only 2/3’s prepared. The sauce was left off the sandwich along with the cheese. When this was pointed out to the waitress she argued the point saying it was complete! The sandwich had to be deconstructed in front of her to prove the missing items. The food was sent back and a refund demanded. We sat another 15-min and watched the manager avoid us. We finally had to directly call him over and explain the horrible service and food. He refunded our meal then went to the neighboring table where we overheard the exact same complaints we had. This restaurant needs a major makeover!!

Absolutely the worst service. 2nd time got seated and sit for 15-20 minutes without even getting asked what drink that I would want. There will never be a 3rd time. They should be embarrassed.

We have had not one not two but 5 bad experiences here in a row over the course of a few months. This is the Applebees where I met my wife for our first date and What made me write this review was we ordered online yesterday. They forgot my order, no biggie I get it while everyone else ate I just made me a salad. The problem was the customer service. We were told we were gonna get a call back because they are super busy which is weird because we are customers as well are we not? We never received a callback totally fine I get it. We call back this morning. Ashley picks up and told us “We are too busy, you need to call back later.” That is just plain disrespectful and poor customer service. Thankfully she transferred us to Kylie who seems like a wonderful GM who helped us get our refund for the missing item because we rarely get to go out due to my injuries i occurred in the service. So I will admit my wife was upset over the phone because she looks out for me, but to treat us less than everyone else was poor service, we are customers too. Thank you Kylie for being so nice. I hope I spelt everyone’s names right and maybe we just got unlucky the 5 times we had poor experiences. But I hope y’all take after your GM as what great customer service is.

Food was good. Cooked well. Flavors not bad, but the rice was a little dry, could be better. Broccoli was cooked right, but needed seasoning. Overall, not bad. Could have used some refills on drinks, but never came.

My whole visit was awful from the start. Before being seated the hostess stated they were short on utensils for our table so 2 of us would have to ” use our fingers” ( I get the joke but very unprofessional). The tables were still very dirty ( food on the bench, stains on the upholstery).

My kids and I visit Applebee’s 2-3 times a month. We really enjoy the food and atmosphere. Last visit I had the Bourbon Chicken and shrimp. My kids had the Fiesta Lime Chicken and the Four Cheese Mac and honey pepper chicken. Delicious! And our server was top notch! Will visit again.
