First thing I noticed was the place was empty. Should’ve turned around then. Food was horrendous. Steak wasn’t fresh let alone cooked correctly. Wife’s steak looked like it was reheated from the night before. Definitely pass this place by.

Just sad. Being honest about this. Our waiter was simply amazing. I would hire her for my company anytime. The manager on duty no. He actually brought us our appetizer and the biggest chip on the plate was 1/4 inch! Very sad. Plating is not there and it matters. Orders were not timed right so parts of the plate were cold. Fries never should be cold.

Brandon was the best manager tonight! He was constantly checking on our table when busy with so many other things! He made sure our drinks were full and was managing all of his employees at the same time! Cesar was also the best server! He was so attentive to anything we needed and made sure we had the best experience!!

It’s a great place for hang out and get some beer. The food isn’t great. If you want just bar food to go down with your beer it’s fine. If you want great dinner or steak go find better restaurants. The service is excellent but the food is way overpriced for what it taste.

Waited 20 minutes for lunch. Restaurant was almost empty. Had to ask for silverware and napkins. I had an appointment so I had to eat mine super fast and my husband had to pack his to go. Probably eating it in the car now. Asked to get bill right away and that took another 8 minutes. We won’t be back.

The manager was so sweet and helpful! Came up to our table and formally introduced himself, then was constantly making sure our food was up to satisfaction! 10 out of 10 would recommend! Great establishment!

Run-of-the-mill Applebee’s. Service was nice, but the food took over thirty minutes to reach our table. The food itself was nothing exceptional, but the portion sizes were nice to provide for both lunch and dinner. However, the true disaster area was the dirty men’s restrooms with both toilets overflowing. Whatever system they have to check for cleanliness clearly isn’t working.

My kids love Applebee’s in general and at this particular place they were faced with the realization that not all Applebee’s are the same. I completely blame this on the corporation. There are kids in this place that need training and the franchise owner needs help. My scores are high for what I experienced with my family, but this place needs corporate help. I see this place supports its largest base and that is great, but again marketing is nothing unless the inside group can follow up. Since Covid this place has faltered. It needs to hire 25 more staff and it needs training. I see desire. I just do not see dedication and drive for the brand. Someone is cutting the budget on staff and trying to get by and it is literally the component for failure. People are out there just go get them and if it means higher wages then pay more now and when more tables turn the profits will return. Corporate needs to see that this outlet has a skewed bottom line. Food was blah at best. The presentation was awful. We got a chip order that had no chip larger than a quarter inch. It was the bottom of the bag, dumped on the plate and shoved on the table. Our wait staff knew this was wrong but cheerfully passed it along!! Whew. The floors were dirty, the bathrooms fair but I would say the kitchen would never pass code. I’m sad.
