We were a large party and we were seared almost immediately. Appetizers were yummy! We did have some issues with food quality on a side salad that was added on for about 5.00… it was filled with lettuce that had rotted leaves or dirt. Order to delivery was a bit longer than expected and the food did not come out together as we expected. The service was was “ok”. The server was very friendly.

Prompt friendly and great staff who dealt with rude customers as best they could. Manager needs a little bit of training. Large groups may need to wait just a little longer because the service staff will wait until all the food is ready to serve. Staff helps each other out, even when the manager doesn’t…. Food is good but nothing special.

The worst ribblet Plate ever had at any Applebee’s. They were cold and chey I have had better leftovers out of my refrigerator. When I committed about it they acted as if they did not care.

The service was slow! Took about 10 minutes or more just to get our drinks. Took another 20 minutes or so for our food. Another 20 minutes for desert. That was not the worse. She brought our check and never came back! Asked the hostess if she could take my card and she snapped back “I’m not your server.” The server never did come back so I counted the money to the penny on the actual check and left no tip. I guess she didn’t need that $20 after all.

Waiters underwear was hanging out. The half order of ribs… Don’t get!! The bone was bigger than any meat I got and almost needed a hacksaw to cut. We waited over 30 minutes just to get our ticket only to have the table next to us get charged for three tables. The table behind us the floor was extremely dirty but staff seated people there anyway. One of the waitresses told the people at the table to stack their plates and she could take them. Not cool at all

Horrible!! Really loud music, too cold, too expensive!! Ordered some tortilla chips and dip and the chips were all broken, like from the bottom of the bag, some were really hard and seemed like they were really old, iced tea was not very good, just horrible!! Will never eat there again. The service was ok I guess
