Applebee’s isn’t what it once was. Prices have gone up, while some of the menu faves have disappeared. I had the Fiesta Lime chicken, which tends to vary by restaurant as to dry or not. This one was well prepared with a nice amount of sauce. Staff was a bit less attendant than on prior visits.

Slow and understaffed. Took forever to take my order. Ordered a chicken tender plate at lunch, they gave me the chicken tender platter (bigger and more expensive). Didn’t want to spend 30 minutes trying to sort it out. The top of my ketchup bottle was covered in some other sauce, had to grab another bottle from another table.

the order was supposed to be delivered at 11:30. I called the. three times to confirm that every was good and they under the order etc. each time the manager said yes it’s all good. the food arrived 30 min late and they did bring any plates to eat from. they did t bring any serving utensils for the large salads and not condiments for the chicken sandwiches. I’m sorry but the service was very poor

All the employees were standing around gossiping and could not get their attention. We had asked for a to go box and after 5 minutes had to wave at the employees to try to get their attention. Food not bad, service sucked, now we know why there were only 4 tables of people inside eating at what should be the start of dinner rush on a Sunday night

Management must be an issue, because staff appeared to have little training and food quality was several steps down from even a normal Applebee’s. Staff was friendly, but either new management or new training techniques are sorely needed.

Had a great time. First time meeting my granddaughter and great grandkids and we met there. We had great service our waitress Nichole was the absolute best. She even took pictures of us for us. Was one of the best days. Love Applebee’s.

The last two times we were here I had to send my food back because it was ice cold. We also witnessed a manager ripping one of his employees. If that needed to be done it should have been in a private place not where the customers are. The restaurant is filthy and the decor is nonexistent

Nasty, salad was black! Hamburger was raw and full of grease. Appetizers were cold. Service was beyond slow. Only ones in restaurant and took 30 minutes for our drinks. Ordered food and waited and then it all shows up at once.
