We were not impressed by our first (and last) visit to this location. Our decision to go was last minute (as we were craving some french fries), and I wish we would have done a little more driving around to find another place. Our waiter was a super friendly guy. He wasn’t the most knowledgeable about the menu, but was never rude and was accommodating when asked some specifics about the meal we ordered. However, the service was very slow. When we were in (around 7:15 pm) the place was surprisingly slow and I anticipated that we would have received the food faster. In addition to the slowness of service, I ended up getting paper towels from the bathroom when my daughter spilled her water (as there weren’t napkins available and no one offered to help). Lastly, there came a point where one of the employees thought it would be a good idea to have the volume of music to the level of a night club. I obviously expect there to be music around the bar, but the volume was pretty high and I was surprised that no one decided to make the area around the bar a make-shift dance floor.

I’ll give it a two because we have had half decent service on occasion. It’s very hit or miss here. Mostly miss. It’s close and my mom likes to come here fairly often but half of the time the service is very slow. Today, we showed up at 11:24 a.m. The parking lot was empty except for the employee vehicles. I had to check to make sure they didn’t open until 11:30 but they open at 11:00. We went in, not a soul to be seen. Music playing, not all of the tables were set upright (seating by the west side windows were tilted). We could hear voices in the back but no one came out to greet us for several minutes, so we just left. Previous issues were no dressing with salad, telling a server, and still never getting it. Being seated and no server showing up at our table. The hostess took our drink orders. Still no waitress. The pregnant hostess ended up taking over the server duties. Another time, the honey pepper chicken tenders and mac was dry from sitting without being stirred. I informed the waiter that it was dry and inedible. He came back out with a dish of completely plain/dry macaroni. I pointed out that it was missing the cheese and sauce. So he went back again and then came out with the macaroni with only the honey pepper sauce, with no cheese. Other times, the problem was simply slow service all around. Slow getting food. Slow getting the check. I hate to see any business fail and for people to lose their jobs but this Applebee’s just can’t seem to get its act together on a consistent basis.

I had one of the worst experiences here while trying to dine out. A large group of us was going to celebrate a wonderful time in a person’s life and attempted to dine here being it was close to where we all were and stayed open later. Upon our arrival, we were told the cook walked out by one of the servers. I’m in management and whenever you’re dealing with large groups, especially when having to give disappointing news, it goes a long way for the manager to give that news. It also shows your establishment is concerned about their brand and providing good customer service. Then when it was requested to see the manager, it took forever for the manager to appear like we were not worth taking the time to speak to. I definitely don’t recommend this location. Good customer service goes a long way.

Hands down best customer service I’ve ever had at an Applebee’s. I did wait a bit to be seated but everything from there on made up for it. My server was very professional and made sure our food was cooked perfect. Even the manager made his rounds going to each table asking if everything was good. Will definitely go back for more.

Hostess was extremely personable and atmosphere started well. Restaurant was slow for a Saturday but then so was service. Waitress didn’t bring appetizer and when we asked about it she acted like we hadn’t order them, but no apologies from her though she had forgotten. We had to ask manager for it, and she was polite and apologized, didn’t charge for forgotten appetizer. Waitress did her job begrudgingly after but was very slow to respond and hardly spoke. Food was delicious, except chips, which were half stale and half fresh. Extremely reasonably priced, mediocre service.

Our food was great, nice and hot but we had a few problems. I didn’t get my drink until the food got there, we also got our appetizer the same time as our food. The waitress was a bit ditsy and didn’t seem to have any sense of what to do. She may have been new and we just came in on a bad day. Maybe she should have had a shadow or something.

This apple bees is gross and disgusting. As I stood there with my family waiters walked by looked at us and said NOTHING. the bartender with the red hair looked at us multiple times and never said anything. No one ever greeted us. The menus were on the podium unorganized. MULTIPLE TABLES unattended and dirty. The workers looked as if we forced them to be there.. This was MY FIRST AND LAST TIME coming to this apple bees. That was enough for me. I will never recommend or ever have anything good to say about this location. Terrible service .very rude

The restaurant was not even busy. The four of us arrived before 5pm. We were seated in a booth by the bar. The sun was shinning in my friends eyes due to the shade being opened across the room. The manager walked by and we asked if he could shut the shade. He went over, could not fix the shade, it was broken and would not shut. We heard that from a guy sitting at the bar, he never came back to us to inform us or God forbid offer us a different table. We placed our drink order and I asked for alot of of ice in my tea. When the drinks came there was scant ice in my glass. Asked waitress for a glass of ice…never came. We ordered four 2 for $25 meals. My friend asked the waitress for extra celery with her appetizer. Are appetizers were delivered by another waitress. We had to ask her if we could have plates for are appetizers and that we had ordered extra celery, could she get us some? She came back to the table, passed out three plates, oh I did tell you were four of us…i guess she couldn’t count or notice she left one guest with no plate! She never came back with the extra celery. When our dinner was brought to the table our waitress had no idea who ordered what. I again asked for a glass of ice, waitress did bring that. Everyone had finished their meals but me. The waitress came to the table and asked if we needed anything. I asked for a to go box. She didn’t take any of the empty plates from the table. Waitress then returned with a small to go box…I guess see didn’t look at my plate full of food, that would no way fit into the box. After that waitress disappeared. I had to ask the gentleman who seated us for an extra box and he brought it to the table. The dinner came to around $65.00, not including the tip. I am a registered nurse and if your mother was under my care while in the intensive care unit would you like me to ignore her needs?
