I really want to like this restaurant, but every time we give it a try we’re left disappointed! I see all these great ads for food and drink, and they make me want to give Applebee’s another chance, which is exactly what happened tonight. I saw all you can eat boneless chicken wings, thought that sounded amazing, but now I’m just disgusted.

We had a late dinner. Everything was cooked as requested and the waitress was always spot on for refills. A big crowd for a Monday night and they called in extra staff. I would rate the night a 10 out of 10.

I brought my daughter, son in law and 3 grandchildren in for dinner. It was like 7pm. There was about 2 other tables with people at them. The atmosphere was dark and empty. Our food came, and was so terrible that my daughter had one bite of hers and ate no more. I had like 3 bites of mine, and ate no more. My 8 year old grandson really tried, but he ate like 3 bites.. I asked my son in law if his hamburger was good cuz at least he was eating, but he said no, it’s terrible. My other grandson got fish, he said it was great., which is the only reason I could give one star. I spent $165 for basically nothing.

I can’t say enough of how much I LOVE Taylor. She’s such a sweetheart and someone who makes dining a fun experience. I’ve had her once with a friend and then I came back with my family and had her again. Came in with my fiancé and I had to ask for her. There’s so much to say about her. She’s a hard worker and her bubbly personality makes everything so much better. I’ll always recommend her to everyone and I’ll definitely be coming back to her again for as long as she stays with Applebees.
