I love the boneless wings at Applebee’s. They didn’t disappoint. Food came out hot and just as we ordered it. The waitress seemed stressed, and after the manager brought our food, we really didn’t see much of the waitress again. We didn’t mind until we wanted a refill on a drink. All staff were polite and friendly. Clean restaurant. Plenty of parking.

I order from this restaurant about a month or so ago. I haven’t had time to address the issue. I order on MY app with MY payment. Online while checking out on the app it gives the option of a tip. I chose no tip at that point. I’ll tip when I see service. I send my daughter to pick up the food “car side”. She waits for the food. No one comes out so I tell her to go in and grab it. My daughter goes in to grab the order, the women prints out a receipt expecting my daughter to fill out a tip. My daughter feels uncomfortable, puts in a tip which is My payment method not my daughters so I’m forced to pay a tip for bad service. My daughter said this lady stood over her watching her fill out the tip amount on the receipt. I paid online which means no signature required but this employee pretty much forced my daughter to write a tip on MY PAYMENT METHOD which I did NOT authorize. This is so wrong!!

I absolutely loved the friendly staff at the Northfield location. Everyone was smiling and happy even tho they were so busy!! ☺️ Had an excellent meal and the best drink!!! If you haven’t tried the Pot O’ Gold Colada you are missing out!!!

Got seated right away, the server bought our drinks to us and then didn’t see her again until 15 min later. This was after thr next 4 tables ordered before us. The food came and we were definitely not impressed. The chicken wings were hardly tossed in any sauce. The pasta we had the same issue. Won’t be back to this applebees for some time. Used to be really good here.

I was really hungry when I went in and and ordered a large appetizer thinking it would be fast. Food took a very long time coming out and then they brought the wrong meal. They gave me that one for free and said the correct order would be out in 3 minutes. It was more like 10. The food was good, not great, and I wasn’t really hungry anymore as I had eaten the wrong order first since I was so hungry. The server was good, although it took her a long time to ask if I needed a refill. I did get to bring that whole meal home which was good, but I won’t eat there again and will probably never eat at an Applebees again. Just too long of a wait for food that is just good, not exceptional.

Online order and rate made it sound like a great place. Ordered online for pick up. End up waiting over 45 minutes for a simple salad order. Guess what??? No fork enclosed!!! Had to eat salad with hand.

Best service I ever received, Quesadillas were to absolutely to die for. Highly recommend. Drinks were Fantastic, Cheers to the bartender ❤️❤️. Server was quick and fast just how I like it. Abby was my server, and she definitely deserves a raise. Will be coming back, Thank you Northfield applesbees.

We placed a reservation 3-4 hours ahead for a party of 14 for a work event. When we arrived, we were told that we had to wait for tables to free up. We waited for 20 minutes and when we asked about a wait time we were just told “it would be a while.” We were excited for Applebees and extremely disappointed with our experience. If you’re calling in a reservation for a large group, be warned you may not be accommodated
