I placed an online order for 2 for 25. I got the8oz steak which Is $3 extra with mashed potatoes mac and cheese. my boyfriend got the salmon with waffle fries and mashed potatoes. As well as two house salads. Firstly I paid $3.50 extra for salmon The salmon was in pieces. It wasn’t even that big paid extra for dressings didn’t get my extra dressings on the side. My Steak was so chewy Not to mention the upgraded Mac and cheese I got for a side was basically some noodles with some have bacon on it and literally had a strip. Of bacon on top I spent $40 on food that was barely edible

Ordered French onion soup….cold…..ordered waffle fries….cold. ordered fajita wrap….have not tried yet but I did not get my side of garlic mashed potatoes. I’ve lived in Ferndale for 7 years. Tried this place when it opened…horrible. thought I’d give it another chance.. still horrible. Will not return. Food is awful and employees standing around doing nothing.

I went to this apple bees on Friday, August 11, there were not a lot of people in the restaurant and took us 20 minutes to be seated. After being seated, no waitress, a waiter came to greet us at the table. Finally a waiter came by and brought us water and came back 20 minutes later to take her order. I ordered at 6:10 PM and the food did not arrive until 7:20 PM. No silverware no napkins I looked around there were two other waitresses and waiters that did not look personable uniforms were dirty prior to getting my food I called for the manager. She couldn’t understand what it would take over. I was just to get the food. She made an apology, but no compensation . I hated I ever went to this restaurant, and I vowed that I would never return. This is the most unprofessional place that I have been to service was terrible. Food was not good. I ordered the boneless wings and they were so hard until you can really could not eat them. They need to close down because they do not have adequate staff to serve the customers.

Took our drinks forever to get to us. We saw the bartender make 1 drink put it to the side. We waited for the 2 drinks to be made. We waited 20 minutes. We asked the waitress what was taking so long. She said she lost the ticket and had to put the order back in. Waited 10 more minutes and when she bought us the drinks, she gave us the one that has been sitting there for 20 minutes. That drink was watered-down from the ice that melted from just sitting there. My food was HORRIBLE!! I ordered the chicken broccoli Alfredo. The noodles were so soggy and tasted like water. No seasoning. Sent that back and ordered grilled chicken and shrimp. Told them to make it a carry out. Get home the chicken breast was BURNT on the bottom. I will NEVER GO BACK THERE!! A waste of $40..

The closing staff at this location just don’t seem to care anymore. I can call an hr before they close and every single time they tell me they stopped taking orders. Then I say I thought you all stopped taking orders a hr before. They say “oh we do” then why are you not taking my order if. Please train your staff or better yet get a night manager that actually cares about your establishment! Tonight I decided to come in. I got there at 10:15pm I stood at the order counter waiting patiently, the bar tender came over at told the lady someone was at her window waitin. 5 mins go by a second person walks up and ask if I had been helped I said no she walks away and tells the lady someone’s at your window. She finally comes to it at 10:29 and asks if I was placing or picking up. I said placing she said okay then got on the computer, then she turned to me and said oh we actually stop taking orders at 10:20pm. That’s absolutely outrageous, I had been standing there since before hand!

This restaurant needs to be shut down. It’s filthy. The walls, floors and tables need to be scrubbed and properly sanitized. The host was a nice young man he helped out more than he should have had to. Our original waitress wasn’t even supposed to be our waitress. Her nails were dirty she was spitting when talking and tried to open our straws for us. The food was not good. It was just extremely uncomfortable. My son and I drinks didn’t come until the food got there. Just shut it down. Please.

My husband and I stopped in for lunch today before heading back to Ohio. I’m a restaurant manager in Canton, OH, and have not been this impressed with a restaurant in a long time. Every single worker has been friendly, welcoming, and so attentive! Our server, Olivia, is phenomenal. Everything has been wonderful. Truly, it’s been a while since we’ve had a nice lunch. Being that I have an allergy to shellfish, the manager took my over the phone over and was very efficient that my order would be received right. My meals were prepared precisely right, delicious and hot. I hope the 2 for $25 or 2 for $32 deals never goes away because it is some healthy things that can be ordered. I hate Caesar salad, but their salad dressing is amazing.

This place improved 1000% than it use to be when it 1st opened, yes indeed they have worked out all the kinks. The staff was super nice and friendly…the host, he was funny and had an infectious smile . The food was served hot and fast…I didn’t care for my waitress, she got my order all wrong and stood there and argued with me that it was the cook”s fault but the bartender made up for that, he was a sweetheart.
