The “Open Late” is almost funny….we arrived at the restaurant…later than we wanted…but arrived around 11:10pm. As soon as we walked through the door, the hostess immediately looked at her phone…we asked if it was too late to be served…as that was the impression we were given…and she said No….and we proceeded to our table….our waitress was very nice and we again asked her if it was too late…she said…No, we are here late anyway…fair…and she gave very good service. Our food arrived quickly, but the chicken was undercooked and chewy…the steak was definitely not a medium cooked steak..and then the Bourbon street Chicken and shrimp…which is normally very good…was also undercooked…with the best part only being the mashed potatoes….while we are no restaurant cooks..but it seemed like the grill was turned off and the chicken was “microwaved” and the steak cooked at a million degrees quickly…we hurriedly ate and as we left, their was no acknowledgment….most places would at least say..Have a good night or something…I’m sure they were ready to leave..but if you advertise that your business is open late…then you are open late…if you want to stop serving at a certain time…the website should say so….Very disappointing….we hadn’t

it took 45mins to get the food. That was not cooked right. And that was the whole reason they said was taking long. Yet sent back twice. The Mt.Dew was so nasty we switched to tea had food taking so long wasn’t even good when it finally came after an hour and 45 mins Waiting… The waitress decided to switch with a different waitress because she didn’t like my tattoo I asked to speak with the manager she told me that she switched because she was getting overwhelmed had too many tables and that the new waitress only had two tables but looked seen the waitress we had took 3 more tables in our area so ya it was a lie she just didn’t want to deal with us over a tattoo that was so Ridiculous anyways our food was undercooked they couldn’t get the order right we sent wings back 3 times we asked for no sauce still had sauce on the wings this was terrible supervisor come out said sry brought my old steak back only cooked the end raw in the middle came out new steak by then my wife and son walked out she was not happy brought me new steak by then I asked for it to go So yeah TERRIBLE won’t be going back… They ruined it for us only good thing is we didn’t pay for the disgusting terrible food

Service and atmosphere was superb. Reasoning for the three stars is the queso and chips appetizers were not as they should’ve been. Queso was cold and chips tasted like they were stale. Our meals were very good and cooked exactly as we wanted. Waitress was very pleasant and had our meals prepared well and she took care of our table very well.

My 7 yr old son and 17 yr old daughter were well taken of 1st before the adults. Props. Not easy being a guy server I’d think. Server seemed new and nervous about handling our food and drinks. But he did great. Food was excellent and what we wanted. Thank you

We basically had a nice visit here today. Our server was very good, very professional. Whoever was cooking today dropped the ball though. Normally I am very fond of the food here, but not today. Most of our dishes were really overcooked. This will not stop me from coming back though. I love Applebee’s and everyone is entitled to a bad day now and then. I just hope that when we return it is on a good day. See you soon!

I’ll give Applebee’s credit it when it’s due. Yes the chain is underwhelming. Here’s the deal: I ordered through the app, and specified a pick-up time several hours in advance. My order was ready when I arrived as I was greeted by a friendly server. Yes, the food was generic, it was also hot and the order was accurate – which are my key measurements for chains.

Place was not too busy, food was OK and service was alright except the floor was an absolute mess where we were seated and no one, including the manager walking around, seemed to care. Not the most pleasant experience stepping on someone else’s scraps the whole time you’re trying to eat.

Sent back twice only to have to get Tea instead. 3rd) The food for taking so long wasn’t even good when if finally came after an hour. Waiting… watched 3 other tables come after the (3 of us) get there food b4 us. 4th) The waitress asked how it was we all said an showed it wasn’t cooked right. Only thing that was good was garlic mashed potatoes. After telling her this was terrible only ate the sides an a bite of steak maybe bite in a half. Maybe. Not once did supervisor come say sry or make it right with bringing us new steak cooked WELL DONE not pink!!! So yeah TERRIBLE won’t be going back… They ruined it for me. Sad
