I have eaten at some of the finest restaurants in the country and I never cleared my plate entirely like I did at Applebee’s. I had grilled chicken with garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli. It was absolutely fantastic! Service was great and friendly too! I am looking forward to a return visit!

Very poor service. I am traveling for work and sat at the bar to order dinner. I was the only person in the entire bar there. The bartender handed me a menu and I selected my dinner. She never came back. I waited nearly 20 minutes (7:08 to 7:27) to order food. I just ended up leaving. They were not busy at all and the employees were all sitting around talking.

Went to lunch with family from out of town and will not be going back. The manager/hostess (not sure what she was) spent the entire time sitting on her phone texting rather than helping run food, answering the phone, and doing her job. The silverware was dirty with food residue on it still and when we mentioned it we didn’t get an apology just an eye roll and new silverware which was also still dirty. Poor wait staff and overall bad experience. The food was at least hot and decent but I would’ve rather drove the extra 10 minutes and went to the Kent road location and got good service and good food.

8/14 at 10PM. Came in and sat at the bar the bar counter wasn’t cleaned off which is totally understandable since the previous customers just left. The bartender with big black curly hair asked me to sit somewhere else at the bar bc she apparently wasn’t able to wipe the counter while i was just sitting there. I asked you want me to sit somewhere else? She gets a quick attitude and rolls her eyes at me. Totally uncalled for. I walked out. Terrible service to ask a customer to sit somewhere else for no reason other than to clean off the bar counter that can easily be done when someone is sitting in a bar chair in front of it.

Nothing beats a little desert and drinks. It was a quiet Wednesday with quick service and food made to order. The drinks were poured strong too so no complaints there. The blonde was good even when I got it without the ice cream. Can’t mix drinks and ice cream. No good in the long haul.

We were seated at a table and waited for 20 minutes no Waiter came to ask us for a drink and or anything we walked out plenty of servers no one paid any attention. We do tip good and spend good money we will not be going back to this location. Third time going there love the food but service is bad.
