Pending the day depends on if the food is good or not. This time we had all you can eat boneless wings. They wings were barely sauced and dry. Not very good at all we didn’t eat many of them. The broccoli was good however and my kids enjoyed their meals

Ordered a chicken salad. I got mostly all chicken, a couple pieces of chicken a few pieces of tomatoes that you could hardly see, and 2 tablespoons of chicken. All this for 16.00 plus some change. I called manager and told her and she would give me a 25.00 credit. That was five days. Guess what! Never got the credit. Won’t ever eat there agsin

My husband ordered a slab of ribs. They were so tough he couldn’t eat them. He told our server and she didnt even say sorry. I had the grilled chicken salad. All that was in it was chicken, lettuce, and tomatoes. No cheese. One in our party ordered a medium steak. It was definitely well done. He didn’t send it back cause we waited forever and he was starving. We got the appetizer platter and the boneless wings were hard as a bone. When we paid, with a card, they said the receipt paper ran out. Checked the bank and they had run it through twice. We disputed the second charge.

15 minutes to get bar beverages, dinner took 35 minutes to arrive and everything was cold. Out of 9 meals, not one of ours was remotely warm. Manager acknowledged and offered a free brownie. Refill on all-you-can-eat boneless wings took 15 minutes each time. Wouldn’t recommend going here if your under any time constraints. 2 hours for a meal is ridiculous.

I went because my lunch partner chose it. I don’t go to casual chain restaurants because nothing is actually home made. The salad was fine, the chicken cooked but not dry. The service was adequate. It was cold inside, we both kept on our jackets. Nothing happened to alter my feelings about casual chain restaurants.
