Me and my family waited 2 hours for someone to take our order because apparently the Manager sent all the cooks home sick . Well when the 2 waitress finally came to take our orders it too another hour and a half to 2 hours to get our food. When the food came out we we’re missing 2 of the kids meals and Fries and 4 sides of shrimp. When the shrimp came out it was like 4 small shrimps in a portion cup. So unprofessional….. not to mention my niece still hasn’t gotten her food. The Manager was horrible, he didn’t want to discount or food but gave us $10 off coupons. That place is so bad the employees was talking about the manager. The dishes was dirty and the dish washer was just walking around. It was also bugs in the sprite. The bathrooms was disgusting. I will never eat at this location again..

The night didn’t start well from the beginning. Our waitress never wrote anything down so one of our two drinks we ordered was wrong. We ordered an appetizer and the cheese was COLD. We said something about this and were told we’d get more….and we never got it. Our waitress never checked on us and we saw her walk by over and over and it was clear she knew this when she finally came over. We wanted a second drink and had to go to the bar ourselves to get it since we were never checked on. Finally came when she saw we had been done and weirdly asked who was driving and said she just wanted to make sure my girlfriend got home safe, which was a bit invasive, and went on to say “it’s not that I don’t care about you, it’s that I care about her more” completely unprofessional. My 16 yr old daughter has her 1st job and was excited about being able to treat me for Mother’s Day. She took me and 2 of my younger kids out to eat to treat me for Mother’s Day and for some reason they simply couldn’t get my and her steak right. 3 times they got it wrong and if the steak was right the sides looked disgusting. To add injury to insult the staff was dry and unenthusiastic and lacking customer service skills

Absolute worst service and horrible food. There was a party of four. All salads were wilted, sold Kraft Mac and cheese, and burnt all of our food. When asked to do something to resolve our bad food, the manager took an hour to come and assist us. Then proceeded to give attitude when we was asking to fix our ticket. 10/10 would not recommend to come here.

Never again. My server pants was unbutton the entire time and even when I told her she said she knew and tried to pull her shirt down but the shirt didn’t go anywhere. She was sweet as she wanted to be but why would they have her out there severing ppl with a sling on her arm and not presentable. The table we sat at wad not clean on top or underneath and on top of that it was dead in there so there was no reason for it not to be clean. The Manger was told and he just walked into the restroom and never came to see what our problem was. My mom went to look for the store rating and it was nowhere to be found and when we asked the manager where was it he replied what was the problem. New management is needed…That Applebee’s is full of Waffle House workers and that’s not a good thing.
