This place has really gone downhill. They were out of the pickles, celery, the featured beer and cocktails. There was only one person working the entire floor. She was great by the way. The condition of the restroom really took the cake. This establishment really needs to do better.

The steak didn’t have much flavor. I should’ve ordered it medium, instead of medium well. By the time I made it home it was well done. Unless it was well done to begin with. I stay 10 minutes away. The Mac and cheese was ok. Just had to had salt and mix up the cheese that was beneath the noodles. I did add extra cheese once I got home with salt and pepper. The boneless chicken was good. Didn’t do anything extra to that. I added extra bbq sauce to the ribs, otherwise they were good to go. The fries and garlic green beans were good as well, just needed salt and pepper. Oh and I added shredded cheese to the green beans sitting in the restaurant, I wouldn’t have liked my meal as much. But taking it home and adding stuff like seasoning and cheese made it so much better.

Wait time was RIDICULOUS, food was not fresh and I couldn’t even eat it. My children had to warm there to go kids meals in the microwave and all three were missing their drinks! I Called to speak with manager to request a refund, he stated I would have to come BACK after waiting for an hour for my food already. Already wasting gas and time at 11pm at night and I’m also pregnant. I will never spend my hard earned money at this Applebees again!!! JUST PITIFUL

I had an absolutely horrible experience at Applebee’s. The manager was passive aggressive and unhelpful, and the bar tender seemed more focused on dishwashing than serving customers. To make matters worse, what two items I came for was missing, both the maple nut blondie and triple chocolate melt down, and the alternatives(picture below) I received were dry and clearly not fresh. When I brought up these issues, there were no accommodations made to rectify the situation. I would strongly advise against dining at this establishment if you’re looking for good food and service.

I recently had an unfortunate experience at this Applebee’s on August 21st 2023, and I must say, it was far from enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, I was met with an underwhelming atmosphere and lackluster service that left a sour taste in my mouth.

I arrived on Sunday August 27, 2023 around 9:30 pm and I had to seat myself at the bar after waiting at the door and no one greeted me. The Bartender was behind the bar, look at me several time, but did not greet me. After several minutes, she finally stated “YOU GONE HAVE TO GIVE ME A MINUTE” I waited for her and finally she she asked “What you having to drink” I asked for a menu. She provided a menu and I requested a draft beer. She immediately ask what I’m eating, without giving me a chance to look at the menu!!! She was very rude and impatient. After hearing her complains of short of help, I assumed that was reason for the very, very BAD service!!! This is the second time I visited and received the exact same service from the same bartender/waitress!!!

The food was all microwaved. I have had better food at Chucky Cheese. The Coleslaw was sour tasting, and the nachos were cold with chucks of tasteless beef on top. Guacamole had a funky taste. Chicken tenders were brought from the Walmart freezer section and not the espensive Tyson’s brand, lol, & they were very salty as well. Omg, my sprite tasted like old tap water with sprite syrup added. The fish and chips were horrible. Gordon fisherman fish would have been better than the fish that they serve. The fries tasted like oven cook fries that was over cooked and then dropped in cooking grease and were put back in the oven. The list goes on and on. The food is not worth the price or effort to even go there and eat. Never again!!
