As a customer who recently dined at Applebee’s, I feel compelled to share my deeply disappointing and downright disgusting experience. From the lackluster food quality to the apathetic staff and unappealing atmosphere, my visit to Applebee’s left me questioning why I had chosen to dine there in the first place. Allow me to recount my harrowing experience in detail.

Food was okay, I had the chicken bacon ranch sandwich with grilled chicken, but the chicken was really dry. My fiance had the backyard burger and there wasn’t much sauce. However the appetizers were good.

Had an early dinner a couple of days ago and did not have to wait long to be seated or to order. Food and service were good. No complaints! We ordered a quesadilla burger with a side salad and the whiskey bacon burger.

Greeted with a smile and accommodated me when I asked if me and my wife could have a high top table. Waitress was friendly and provided excellent service. Food was delicious . Love the atmosphere.

It is refreshing to go to a restaurant with a staff that is happy that you are there. The staff took us to our seating and took our drink orders within minutes. The facility was clean and the restrooms were stocked and sanitized. The food was excellent and the drinks delicious. Thank you for welcoming us and treating us as family. We definitely we be back and we will share our experience with everyone.

It was pretty good, easy to find place, slow times, less servers but as people got in, they stepped up. Our server was a bit inexperienced but super nice and made efforts to step up and be efficient. Overall happy with food and service, just a tad bit slower in spite of not having too many guests at that time.

Enjoyed myself with family. The food was awesome! My only complaint is: I ordered a margarita the same time as we ordered our drinks. Then we ordered our food. Out waitress said she’d bring my drink as soon as the bartender fixed it. Finally got my margarita, with my Mushroom & Swiss Burger. Not happy.

9-13-2021 – Came here again after my boys baseball practice and brought a friend and had to wait several minutes to get a table. When we did they seated us right next to two other tables that had customers. I asked the waiter why we are sitting right next to other people when the covid-19 is so bad at this point in time. He had no answer. He stated he can’t answer that, doesn’t know why they are doing this. Very extremely disappointed in there services and how they’re doing the covid-19. It seems like they don’t care so I’m dropping my rating to a one star.

The food is mediocre tonight but it’s really a hit or miss at this place at any given night. The host tonight was a bit rude as he rolled his eyes when we asked for a booth. The servers were very attentive and friendly. The food wasn’t very hot and was very bland but did not necessarily taste bad. The atmosphere was great. Temperature in the building and the lighting totally on point.
