It’s been a long time coming for this mf’n place I swear to God this photo is real. I ordered the huevos rancheros & when the waiter brought it out to me she locked eyes with me as if to say don’t left the chef treat you this way. What was I to do I was stranded in the Richmond Airport for 12 hours thanks to a nameless travel agent. Anyway worst dinning experience I’ve had to this day I know you don’t really have options here but idk maybe choose going hungry than wasting your money on food here.

There are no servers. Just a qr code on the table for you to order your food. When you order, you’re asked how much you want to tip… before food comes out or any service is provided. Tips are service based, so why am I tipping at the beginning? For food and drinks I have to put in myself? And if I don’t tip, since there is no one serving me, what are the odds that my food comes out correct and unmolested??? This is a sit down restaurant, service is expected.

These 5 stars are for our server, not Applebee’s. We had a layover Sunday 7/14 and chose to have lunch here. They only had one server who was inundated with tables. I wish I could remember her name because despite being overwhelmed, she had a positive and outgoing attitude. She was a Broncos and Nuggets fan, and she gave us her rainbow heart pin from her apron. Were it not for her friendly disposition, it would have been a bad experience. This was an Applebee’s fail, but she saved the day!

Had to scan on my phone to get the menu, wanted to use cash, but it wasn’t made clear at the time. Waitress was very helpful. Great views of the runways.

I was traveling back to Atlanta and meet Brittany the Floor Lead! Who made my whole trip to Virginia. I had a canceled flight. A rude host a location that didn’t accept there own gift card. A 17yr old home alone and to say this young lady made me want to cry tears of joy with a few kind words and simple compassion. We just don’t see any more I highly recommend her to a pay raise. Looks can truly be deceiving I’m the founder of Legendary Dreams of Atlanta a Non-profit Organization for homeless teens in Atlanta. If you guys ever make the mistake of letting a heart like that go she will always have a job within my Organization. Thanks Applebee’s and bigger thanks Ms.Brittany we all have bad days Bless You

Good food, much better than the other places in that airport. Unfortunately, you have to go back through security since it’s not technically in the concourse but definitely worth it compared to the other options if you’ve got kids.

Hats off to Deion. Sign stated “please seat yourself”, but tables were either full or had not been cleaned yet. As soon as Deion made eye contact, he immediately realized why I was standing and cleaned a table immediately. Nice to see someone take the initiative. Thanks Deion!
