We visited on April 08 2023 from Maryland. While visiting in Gloucester we took our Grandkids 6 and 12 out to lunch. Our waitress Brittany was friendly …great service even during the lunch rush checked on us repeatedly. Food was really good. We all had a great experience . Thanks!

I was so upset because I ordered steak and broccoli but when I open the bag there was no steak and broccoli but chicken and mashed potatoes, when I called the manager was very polite and made it super easy and replaced the meal with what I ordered. Excellent customer service!

Very good food., had the 2 for $27 10 oz sirloin. A hearty portion and cooked to perfection. Garlic Mashed taters and brocoli was awesome. Came with the salad choice. Good waitressing and good atmosphere. Will return.

First let’s start with 50 minutes to get our food !!! About 5 tables in the whole resturaunt saw server once to order and once to bring food which was Luke warm and not to mention our drinks were empty after sitting that long and still the fries were still BEING MADE..not sure if it’s a BOH problem or FOH problem I think it’s both! Being in this business and being a server myself, this was totally unacceptable!! Get your act together totally rotten service on both ends for a very slow night!!

Disappointed in our food today. Only a half dozen tables seated so not busy at all. Appetizer came out cold. They reheated upon request. Then the food came out; the meat was hot but, the sides were cold. Bummed. At that point, we just ate it and left.
