We ordered an appetizer and then our meal a few min later, we got the appetizer and the meal followed directly. I tried for 15 minutes or more to get the servers attention for butter to go on the potato, by the time we received it. The potato was cold. We asked for to go boxes and left, after paying our bill.

The server was great. I can’t remember his name. He was available when we needed anything. He Recommended the 2 for $25. And that was perfect for us . The other prices was crazy. Not everyone can afford them high prices so we hope that Applebee’s will keep the prices affordable so people can keep coming back , or if you can lower the price even lower that would be great!! Thank you.

My husband and I were in town to visit family and stopped by to have dinner. The waitress I forgot her name but she works at the bar was fantastic. She was always around when we needed something and she was very friendly. The food was GREAT!! I had one of the new burgers, and my husband had the Quesadilla burger. It was better than some fancier restaurants that we’ve been to. Whenever we’re in town we always come here for food and it’s never disappointed us.

I’d give 0 if it were possible. We arrived around 12:38 p.m. yesterday, 3/23/2023, and didn’t get our food until almost 1:45 p.m. There were maybe 6/7 customers on the restaurant. Staff just standing around. Allegedly, they forgot to put my son’s order in and then rushed to make it while allowing our steaks to overcook. When they made us new steaks, my wife’s steak that was supposed to be medium was medium rare. My steak that was supposed to be medium rare was medium. When I emailed the Area Director the email wasn’t valid. I typed it in again, exactly how it was on the receipt, and, again, invalid. After it took almost 20 minutes for the manager to come out, aside from his disheveled appearance, he gave me a difficult story than the waitress did- and expected us to pay full price for the meal. We ended up paying about half. But, truth be told, this was a horrible experience from the waiting to the manger interaction, etc.

Disappointed, for the most part. Food quality was sub par, plate seemed dirty and table sticky. Unsweetened tea was particularly bad as well. Service was adequate. Would not recommend this location. Hoping they were just having an off day.

A lady was intoxicated and was cursing fluently and loudly at that. I bring my children to a family restaurant I expect the atmosphere to reflect as such. Not one employee seemed to have an issue. I will never bring my family here again!

There was one couple in front of us and they waited forever not because there was people there just because no one would seat them. Then we waited 15 more minutes with no one saying anything to us at all. There were only like 5 people in the restaurant.

Worst food I’ve had at an applebees but one of the nicest waitresses. The food still wasn’t bad, im not complaining,it was just slightly overcooked. I did get there 30 minutes before close tho and they still accommodated me and didn’t rush me out the door.

Went in today around 4:30pm and received amazing service Everyone was nice and attentive. Haven’t been to our local Applebee’s in a while. Will definitely be returning

Traveling for work, so online ordered a burger to pick up from curbside service. I should’ve known it wasn’t a good sign when the time assigned for my curb delivery passed, so I went inside. I was told they were working on my order and it would be a few minutes. I asked the server to ensure I had silverware and condiments as I was at a hotel. After a 5 minute wait, my bagged order was given to me and I left. My online order was a simple bacon cheeseburger, extra pepper jack cheese, pickles, onion, pink center, no Bun for lettuce wrap and fries.
