Our server John was great. He made sure our drinks were filled if needed. I had the chicken broccoli fettuccine did not like it the chicken was very rubbery and it tasted fake. John noticed I wasn’t eating my meal and he came over and asked me what was wrong I explained he took my plate he asked me what what I’d like and I got a bacon cheeseburger and it was really good the Fry’s came out so hot and salty but not over salty. If I ever go to Applebee’s again I’m definitely going to ask for John here’s a great asset to this company.

Went here for an early lunch on Saturday after being in the area. It wasn’t busy but there were a decent amount of customers. We were seated quickly but our waiter took almost 10 minutes to say hello I’ll be with you shortly. After acknowledging us we waited another 10 or 15 minutes before she came to take our drink order. Because she was so slow and disappeared often we placed our appetizer and main order all at once.

I get it, this place isn’t the place to go if you’re expecting exceptional customer service…but I have my go-to meal here and they never disappoint. I absolutely love their Chicken Wonton Tacos, side Caesar salad and French Onion Soup (not pictured). I don’t know what it is but their French Onion Soup is on point!! If I’m being honest, if the ever get rid of my go-to meal, I probably would not be coming here at all. Service is subpar and the vibe here is eh.

We ordered at lunch time. We ordered the steak and the riblet plate. They charged extra $2.50 for swapping out sides with onion rings. The onion rings were huge but was too hard. The broccoli sides are overcooked and has black ends which maybe old. We also ordered the boneless chicken wings as appetizer which is tasty but looks more of orange chicken. The meal is just ok but it’s not going to make me come back to this restaurant.

Really had a great Lunch here today. Was greeted with an amazing smile. Waitress was outstanding knowledgeable of the menu. Offered my husband great suggestions of what he should order. To top it off the manager came by to make sure we were being taken care of. Deff recommend checking out this spot..

This Applebee’s being in the new Waugh chapel complex, you would think would be a little more up to date, well it’s not, the same ole Applebee’s of old. Comfortable, but still some what outdated to the complex. Food still good for a stop in. Prices are up, but where are they not. Service this time was not the best, slow and the place was slow. Wings were very good.

I was at this location and the service was Amazing. From the start to finish,The staff was very welcoming.The Food was fresh and hor to the table. The manager Mrs.Laura was a very professional and nice, and she came to my table. Make sure everything was OK with me and I guess. I would recommend this location to all of my friends kudos kudos to the staff and the amazing manager.
