My daughter and I went in today around 5:30 pm. With a completely shattered heart after receiving some devastating news. As soon as we walked through the doors the hostess ( won’t try to spell her name) she was just amazing! She had us laughing from the start. She sat us in the section with Anthony. The best server we ever had. He was hilarious,kind, very diligent could not ask for a better server. They both truly raised my spirits. To top it off the food was excellent and the manager a very nice gentleman. Definitely recommend the New Castle Apple Bees!! You do not receive service like the two provided in many places. Thank you two for making me laugh and smile!

We ordered the mozzarella sticks as an app with ranch for dipping, waitress brought them out with marinara and had to wait for the ranch even though she wrote it down.

I ordered the all you can eat boneless chicken wings. Don’t let the ad on tv fool you. At best one wing out of the order was comparable to what they advertise. I asked for the flavor that was the hottest and I get about a half cup of cayenne pepper dumped on top the wings to the point the sauce was a paste of buffalo sauce and cayenne pepper. How original. Worst I ever had.

This is my favorite neighborhood spot. I usually get Franki; who is an awesome self starter, I know her on a first name basis now and she definitely makes coming in a casual and comforting experience for me. Staff is way chill, and they don’t really mess up any food, it’s always delicious. Shoutout to this Applebee’s; they rock

I work there so I am biased lol. I am a line cook at Applebee’s, so I do my best to make sure your food is the best I can make it. Please do enjoy the food and our wonderful waitress/waiters! We do enjoy people coming out to dine with us!

Applebee’s on a Friday night…..seemed a little short staffed or maybe confused kids who were working but oh well….our waitress was great!!! Only complaint is the “double burger” which claims 2, 3.5 ounce patties…looked great in the picture but that’s advertising lol….I received 2 super slim patties that looked like 1.5 ounces a piece…didn’t say anything cause the taste was there just disappointed with size….I’ll go back because I’m fancy like…….

Ordered the chicken salad, and looked like there was a sprinkle of cabbage and a handful of chicken on it. Asked waitress to remove it from bill. She even told the cook it was pitiful and was told to take it out anyway. Manager came and said it was a mix up and so on..new cook and blah blah. Did offer me a new one but I refused. Did remove husband’s meal from Bill, which we stated that nothing was wrong with his meal. Felt bad for our waitress, as she tried. This is 2nd time this has happened at this place, so we will just not go back. Spe d our money elsewhere.

This is how we roll in newcastle pa.Bourbon street steak is still great for Father’s day of 2021 or any day.. sorry but as you can see I took a couple of bits before I took the picture, oh well I was hungry. Have to say during this whole covd 19 Pandemic It’s nice to see This applebee’s go above and beyond what no Other restaurant or store Is doing. There is a young man at this location named Trevor . This young man cleans this place from top to bottom. Every time we come here he is cleaning. He is an Outstanding worker . We like coming here and we feel safe eating here knowing that he here doing this job thank you. Ps also not to mention there new Skewered shrimp With lemon butter is absolutely delicious.

We have been going there for 5 years and have great service Jamie, Bridget, and the manager Brandon all have great attitudes and sure make sure the customers are happy ! Franki is one of the best waitresses!!! Arista is a great host always makes me feel welcomed 🙂
