We were with our daughter & 3 grandkids. 2 enjoyed the boneless wings. 1 enjoyed bourbon chicken & shrimp. My husband ate part of the crispy chicken & bacon. He left some chicken because it was thick & rubbery. My chicken tender salad was good.

We were on our way back home to NYC from from PA when we decided get some food my husband ordered ribs,broccoli I got the shrimps,chicken & Potatoes it’s was good except the shrimps was slightly salty but we were ok. If we are in the neighborhood I would come back here and it was great. Good service, free parking, nice clean bathrooms and lounge area.

Hostess made our party of 3 wait for 15 minutes when there were clearly many open tables. When I asked about them she was not helpful. Service was slow, food barely room temperature… restaurant was not very busy. My daughter got a chicken salad with balsamic dressing. It tasted off… we got her a different meal. When I spoke with the manager he told me that the balsamic dressing gets “funky”. He blamed the staff for his own shortcomings. Called our waitress (Heather) ditzy. This will be our final attempt to dine at Applebees… any Applebees anywhere. We have had multiple issues with multiple Applebees in our area. Not a pleasant experience.

Worst Applebees I have ever been too. No Alfredo sauce on Alfredo pasta, wings completely dipped in hot sauce that you can’t dare to eat. This place need to look into their process. I would definitely AVOID this place!!

My buddies and I like coming here to grab a couple drinks and grab some food. Our waitress Maraida was great and extremely polite throughout. The manager Holly was extremely rude though. I was unaware that you couldn’t order more than one drink at a time and in the past i was always able to order two drinks at once. When I asked for two drinks instead of just saying i’m sorry you can only order one drink at a time, the manager Holly just chose to correct me in a condescending tone and upon me saying ok she continued to try to correct me. Again, Maraida was great but for someone who is supposed to be leading the shift, Holly is creating a bad example for her team.

I cannot say enough about this Applebees. The food is always great. I have to eat out in NYC everyday because of my job. This Applebees is far better than most places in the city where I spend much more money. I have , also, been to a lot of Apples across the country. I rank this number one. I ,usually, order the full rack of ribs. What I get is comparable to a 5 star restaurant in Manhattan. Not all Applebees have such quality…this one does. The employees whether old or new just know their menu and are very professional. This says a lot about management. Great food, great employees and great management!!!!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this Applebees has improved the quality of its food so much; it competes with the Hackettstown location now, and the ingredients actually taste fresh. It’s rare to see restaurants, especially chains, have good food quality in this market. Hats off guys, keep up the good work

Hit up the ol Applebee’s tonight. Good food but was slightly unimpressed with the Cheetos flamin hot boneless wings flavor. Always a good selection of beer. Great service from Juan tonight. He was very attentive and helpful.
