We ordered curbside tonight as we’ve done many times in the past. We hadn’t ordered it in a while since the last time I literally sat waiting for our meal for 45 minutes past the pickup time. This time we were much more impatient for our food so when 10 minutes had gone by passed our pickup time I called the restaurant. The gentleman I spoke to said our food was being bagged up right then. A few minutes later he brought out our food and apologized. We live 3 minutes away. When we got home we immediately sat down to eat. Our food was cold. My husbands burger was soggy and my son found a short brown hair in his chicken tender plate (he’s blonde). We ended up throwing our $60 meal for 4 in the trash. Never again.

It’s a regular applebees, nothing wrong with it. I often end up paying more than I’d like when I get drinks, server didn’t mention that one shot was nearly $10, and when I asked for a margarita during the special I was brought the regular one which is nearly double the price.

Love how the place is set up it 8s a very lovely place however we have been almost every weekend due to being away from. Home and not wanting fast food but at least one person on the party’s food has been messed up or cold and service isn’t the greatest

During the visit had staff and the manager standing where customers could hear the conversations, the waitresses that were standing there talking to the managers using vulgarity, bad mouthing Co-workers. This was very uncomfortable and unwelcoming and the mangers allowed this in front of customers of all ages. Very shameful that we couldn’t enjoy our meal.
