I was let down a little for the first time in a while by an Applebees. However, the wings and bourbon street chicken and shrimp were awesome! The steak was cooked perfectly but had no flavor. The coleslaw also tasted rancid. They replaced it with more broccoli at our request. The payment machine rebooted while trying to pay so I had to wait for that as well. I sat with an empty water glass for a while as well. I do drink my water quickly though, lol.

They allowed a customer to come in with two nasty mangy dogs that were kicked under the table by their owner. I didn’t see service dog tags. It was disgusting they would come out and beg for food but their owner kicked them back under. I will not be back because the dogs were dirty and discussing most likely has fleas or other bugs. Manager should not let them in.

Place has amazing staff, amazing food, never a long period of a wait just to eat. Very friendly. Definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Food was good, portions were perfect, service was great, and the manager came around to every table to make sure that everything was good. You don’t see that a lot these days. A casual, comfortable experience for us on a night where that’s exactly what we needed. Thank you!

I received an Applebee’s gift card for Xmas. I have been to Applebee’s several times with mixed results. This visit was very good. I had a chicken ferhieta wrap with fries. The wrap contained everything you would have on a ferhieta served in a Mexican restaurant. They serve it with a Mexican ranch dressing to die for. My friend had the strawberry balsamic salad with chicken. He’s had this salad before, again with good and bad results. This time, he was very happy with the salad. The salad had a good selection of veggies and chicken and was not overwhelmed with lettuce as his last one was. I’ll call this visit well worth our time.

It is really hit or miss with wait staff/food. Most of the time it is great but there are occasions that make me not want to come back. Today was okay but I just wasn’t a fan of the food. I had the orange chicken bowl. It honestly tasted like a microwave meal. Looked really good though.
