Pizza was not hot when I picked it up within 10 minutes of estimated time to pick up. I noticed they keep waiting pizzas on a metal rack. This means air flow reaches the box on all sides with no supplemental heat source to keep things warm. Easy fix to improve pick up orders.

I have to share….we have used Apollo pizza since we moved into Media 30 years ago. We moved out of the area 3 years ago and any time we pass we make sure to stop. I had company last night and my daughter said she would stop and pick it up. I was so embarrassed…..it was burnt (see photos)! I called last night there were closed by the time company left. This morning I called and I received an apology…..he said it was unacceptable….offered ‘next time I’m in, we can make you two pizzas’ but again, I don’t live close, he never took my name so I don’t know why they would honor that. I was hoping for a refund since the pizza has gone in the trash!

I’ve been a patron of this restaurant for years. If I could give this place a zero, I would. I have no idea what happened to this place! My final order was a tuna club, antipasto salad, and tuna salad. I got a ham and cheese with Swiss club, and my antipasto salad was only ham/American cheese/pepperoni salad. Don’t be fooled by the upgrades they have, they use poor quality meats. Take your business elsewhere. I didn’t order the pizza, which I used to love, because lately they burn it.

My wife and I dropped into this little pizza shop for a quick bite one evening. They had a couple of pizzas in the warming case and we each got a slice, a couple of root beers and perched on two chairs in the front window. This is a busy, mostly carryout and delivery pizza shop, and it’s easy to see why they’re so busy. The pizza was delicious.

Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Extraordinarily rude and dismissive. CHECK THE WEBSITE when ordering online. Marked up prices + a default location that doesn’t get confirmed, plus forced to pay in advance. Avoid this location. If you want excellent pizza and to be treated well, go to the Glenside location and call to order vs using the website.

I was very pleased with my Cheesesteak Royal. I wish they would have told me my cheesesteak was done especially since I was the only one waiting for my order. It came with fried onions, mushrooms, peppers, sauce and pizza cheese melted on top. The roll was toasted. It had a very good amount of me. I don’t think I loved the meat but it was good. The extras added a lot of very good flavor. The sauce added flavor and juiciness. There was a lot of cheese melted on top. You definitely needed bite discipline to make sure you got cheese with your steak and extras.
