I’ve loved Apollo burger from other places and this is fairly new so thought we’d give it a try.

We spend around 70$ each time we go, which is a few times a month. The manager is a great guy, really tries hard, but he cannot control all the employees QC. The last four times we went, the food was wrong. Two of the these times we were missing burgers. A few days ago one burger had a piece of hair half under the cheese. Took a picture. Then my son noticed a hair in his burger. We are usually missing at least one thing in an order, and it has been that way since they opened. Bacon has been 60% uncooked the last few times which is disheartening. Not as bad as jcw and their well known undercooked bacon. In the north east the Greeks are known for outstanding burger places, nearly identical to Apollo. So this honestly hurts to write this review. Also, we have sent multiple people there for the breakfast, since we grew up going to the Greek burger places, and it is outstanding. BUT, I guess not every location has breakfast, that they do not state on their website. Phone number just kept ringing when we called. Adding up all the missing or inedible food comes to a pretty penny. Which at these prices is not cool. Lastly, and this goes for any restaurant that does the tip before you receive your food. I think asking for a tip before you get your food is a horrible trend. If you think an employee is above treating your food poorly because they saw you did not give them a tip, then you are wrong.

The food is fine… if you specifically ask them to cook the bacon all the way. The restaurant is a mess though. At what point do you stop giving the benefit of the doubt and just say they don’t know how to run a business? These restaurants are a disease. They keep popping up everywhere and no one likes them!

Honestly, the food is good and the staff is nice, but the wait times are horrible. I guess this is a cal out to the owners to step it up and hire more or fix the process. I’ve been here three times and each time was around a 20 minute wait. each time I come back I expect it to be faster, but it isn’t. Were they just extra busy? No. 3 cars were in the drive through. Never come here is you want something quick. Just go to Texas Roadhouse for the same price.

We decided to try itout and we went inside because our kids wanted to and I’m so glad we did. This place is amazing the people did a great job and the food was great. I had the Utah burger and it was amazing and the flavor and taste of the burger was so good. I also liked the size of the burger. Great quantity and quality.

Apollo is definitely above the norm. I’m particularly fond of the patty melt. Serving sizes are generous. Fries were about perfect. Service was good considering it was the lunchtime rush. Nothing was pre-made and left heating in case someone ordered. All meals made fresh. Inside the place is like every other burger joint. It was clean, just sparse. Not like they’re cultivating a specific atmosphere. I went to eat good food, not play art critic, so I wasn’t disappointed.

Came in and ordered a burger with two modifications to make it vegetarian (Impossible patty and no bacon). I asked if it was okay first, and the cashier assured me it was, and promptly rang me up without issue. When the burger came out though, it had bacon. I went up to them to have it fixed. The first person to approach me seemed receptive to fixing the issue and understanding. Then some power-tripping dude named Jose interrupted her to intervene. I re-explained the situation, and then he outright refuses to fix the error. Said that he already made the burger, and best he could do is make me pay for another one. Then my boyfriend got involved, and I guess he just dug in his heels. And apparently the cashier William lied and said we didn’t make that request at the register when Jose asked about it, so that’s nice.

Meh. The experience was totally fine but the food was boring. Our family had a burger, chicken sandwich and a corn dog with fries.
