I would definitely rate this as a best Best Pizza I ever tried in NY and NJ area. Pizza had great flavor to it beyond typical cheese and sauce. Chicken Wings: Perfect. Cannolis will sure leave Best bakeries to shame. Going towards Minnewaska State Park or Tuthilltown Spirits Distillery a stop at Apizza! Is a must.

I heard that it’s a very long wait for the food and it’s true! We called to make an order 30 before we got there. We still had to wait for 40 more mins. We even had to wait for so long for someone to give me the menu, take and order for our drinks. A staff seated is. Then, we sat down like 15 mins until someone dropped off the menu.

As a rule of thumb, I will only return to a restaurant for a 2nd time if the food offered is better than what I can make at home. After my 5th trip to A Pizza, I have reached the conclusion that this place is fantastic. Everything I have tried here has been top notch and made with Love.

Great potential! Solid food and menu options, all freshly made. Healthy portions. Good simple atmosphere. Would diversify wine selections somewhat. But incredibly slow, disorganized service with an extensive wait time even for the basics of bread and water. Could easily be addressed with a little training, structure and restaurant management.

Adam and Lauren are beautiful spirits making pizza with love. Without a doubt the best pie in the area… Beautiful crisp on the crust and perfectly cooked what you would expect from a classic NY pizza but with much higher quality sauce and cheese just as you would expect from the homeland. Sublime! Every time I have eaten here with anyone the food and service have been stellar and usually a notable part of the conversation by everyone at the table. Simultaneously innovative and simple, Chef Adam and his equally attentive partner, Lauren, make the entire dining experience pleasurable from start to finish. I have eaten with vegans and non-vegans alike and the dishes are memorable… every time! In fact, I am getting very hungry writing this review!! GO there!!!!

We ordered 2 pizzas. I want say it was super delicious. But service omg. If you will stop by place prepare yourself at least 2 hours. First of all waiting menu, after drinks about 30 mins. After that they bring some bread and olives which was delicious but we asked cutleries and never received, as napkins as well. When finally we got our food we finish and I went to pay inside since we couldn’t wait longer for check. Owners lovely people I just recommend hire nice manager and good team and business fly to sky. Wishing the best of luck since place and food deserve it!

Awesome pizza. Very friendly staff. Clean environment. And seriously…awesome pizza. Crispy but not crackery. Premium toppings. Fair price point. Very accommodating in swapping out half of our pizza with vegan cheese which is always appreciated (we asked for “just a little” vegan cheese FYI which is exactly what they served us as in photo below). We had a great date lunch here with a few ice cold beers and will happily return whenever in New Paltz. Keep it up!
