The food was delivered over one hour and a half late. The food was cold, the order was wrong and the soda was wrong. When I called to report the issue and provide photos, i was yelled at and had to hang up. I was lied to and told that slice app had my refund. After 4 calls, I’m calling my bank to report fraud. I requested the restaurant come pick up my food, and they told me to throw it in the trash. They were nasty and the food sent was disgusting. I have already called my bank.

I’m so upset that I placed an order on DoorDash at 9:00 p.m. m. and an hour and a half passed without receiving any food. I had to go to the store to see what was happening and supposedly the man from the store who answered the phone told me that he had left the food at my house and it’s a lie I looked for it all over the house and found nothing when he saw what I wanted to order my full money back, DoorDash order and no photo or anything of my food

I like ordering from this place. My order always arrives in a decent amount of time and the food is always fine. My last order I got a pizza for dinner and I ordered a salad I was going to have for lunch the next day, the driver forgot to bring my salad and I had been busy so I didn’t call them yet to say anything and not much longer. After that, the driver knocked on my door again and brought my salad to me. It’s annoying that the salad was forgotten in the first place, but the fact that they brought it to me without me even saying anything is a great customer service. I’ve ordered from here many times in the past and I will certainly continue doing so.

Ordered a pepperoni tonight, got a cheese instead. Delivery driver called my wife and made her come outside to get the food. When she went outside he didn’t even get out of his car, he rolled down the window and handed her the wrong kind of food and made her sign the receipt. You got me this time, I’ll give you that….

Whoever answers the phone during the night shift should find a new gig. Can’t even finish a sentence without him interrupting me and claiming he’s leaving the store with my order. Then when I call back 5-10 mins later he’s magically still there and refuses to issue a refund and tells me he’s not sending my order out. Don’t order from here, waste of money and time if you like to actually eat when you’re hungry and not over an hour later.
