Ordered take out on a Saturday. Ordered at 4:25 pm. ETA on food was 5:09. I walked out of that restaurant at 5:33. I feel an hour and eight minute wait is unreasonable for 2 servings of pasta. While I stood and waited over 20 minutes for my food I had plenty of time to notice things. Like most people in the busy dining room did not have food. There were people waiting to be seated and tables open but they were not being seated. A worker told some customers they couldn’t be seated because “they didn’t have enough silverware”. Also noticed a person (pick up order) received her food before I did even though she made mention her orders ETA was 5 min after mine. She received her food over 10 min before I received mine. It was frustrating but will go back for dine in because the food was very good. Paid $30 for 2 servings of pasta 3 meatballs 2 pieces of bread and 2 “monkey salads” (what ever that is) Pasta was good with their own “Sunday sauce” and I would recommend it. Meatballs and bread were very good as well. Salad was good until I bit into something resembling tuna. Might not be but not my thing no matter what fish meat it was.(I hope it wasn’t monkey like the name suggests. Joking obviously) I’m going to give it a couple months and head back. One annoying experience isn’t a reason to write a place off. I’m just going to give them some time to iron out a few things.

We have always loved Antones ,however our past 2 visits in Columbiana were not very good. They were out of greens the one time. The rolls were hard and dry. The next time they were out of gluten free pasta, rolls the same way and out of sandwiches. Our server was very apologetic as we understand it was not her fault. We were very dissapointed.

Very good rolls and soup. Pasta was tasty and beef sandwich was huge and very tender. I would recommend it.

Ordered food for pickup and they forgot part of my order. Purgatory sandwich didn’t come with what was supposed to be on it, two small meats on a entire sandwich, capicola all fat, flatbread cold due them leaving it out of my order, salads all lettuce basically and few items that came on salad. $63.00 for food no one would eat. Taking good bad when they open to get money back

Got a meal here before and enjoyed it. Ordered tonight, getting the cheese Ravioli for my 10 year old daughter. Paid $15.00 for it. Got it home and there’s 5 Raviolis and a meatball. The other meal I got was the same price for triple the pasta. I called the restaurant, saying that this isn’t even enough to feed my tiny 10 year old and they didn’t care, saying “that’s how much you get.” I spoke with a manager, who said again “that’s how much you get.” I said thanks for nothing and she hung up on me. I have NEVER complained about a restaurant online, but this was so disgusting to me that I don’t even want to eat the food I bought! They clearly don’t care at all about the satisfaction of their customers. I know this place is new…. doesn’t seem like a good start.

Slow to be seated, even with only 3 tables and 3 waitresses. Waited 20 minutes to give orders. Food came 25 min. Later and our pasted was under cooked and cold. Three of us returned plates . They came back looking nothing like it did when we sent it back. It was still cold. One meal was uneatable and was sick to stomach after tasting. The sauce tasted like orange juice. Will not go back.

While they were busy (they only have about 10 tables). It took roughly 15 minutes to even be acknowledged that we needed a table. Staff was friendly and helpful but thats the only positive part of this experience. My wife ordered the lobster and shrimp raviolis and it was unedible. Sauce was absolutely disgusting. I ordered BAKED raviolis and they were NOT baked but soggy. They came to the table cold, so was the sauce. Told the waitress who took it back. Only to be brought another cold dish of food. Definitely can tell the sauce was from a can as it had a metal after flavor.

I have tried eating here at least three times. I keep hoping each time that it’s going to taste better. The Sunday sauce is so tasteless and sour. It’s almost like they poured a can of tomato sauce from a can on top without adding any seasonings. The last time I was there the waitress asked if I wanted a takeout box and I said no. I would think that might prompt the waitress to ask if something was wrong with my meal. They are clueless. Also, it would be nice if a side salad was included with your dinner since the meals are a bit pricey!

Food is decent, staff is friendly and the resteraunt is generally clean and maintained. Not a typical sit down resteraunt but not fine dining either, some place in between.
