Stopped in to check out this place because heard they had good food. Walked in with my husband to a completely empty restaurant and wasn’t even acknowledged by the lady behind the counter or the guy behind the window in the kitchen. Women was chit chatting on the phone with clearly a friend or family member by what we can hear her conversation. We ended up just picking our own table and sat there for a good 8-10 min until we finally decided to get up and walk out. Not once did either employees acknowledge us. What horrible service and definitely won’t ever be back. After reading some of the reviews this seems to be the norm for them and on top of this with the horrible service they charge a “service fee”!! Clearly they must have had to add this because people must not have been tipping due to the bad service. Good luck with this place.

Worst service ever. Placed an uber eats pick up order that was ready, when I got there the girl (Camila) said it wasn’t ready so I showed her on the app it was ready. She said the app must be wrong. I saw my 3 orders sitting on the counter behind her. After standing there for 10 minutes she bagged my 3 plates that had been sitting there and Said now your order is ready. She was very rude, horrible service. Would not recommend. Wait time makes no sense

Having dined in almost every Colombian restaurant in Palm Beach County I find this one to be at the top. Having a Colombian menu and a Peruvian menu makes this a great destination. Especially since both cuisines are prepared with care and excellence. Looking for Sancocho? this is the place. Looking for Civiche? This is the place. If you haven’t been here give it a try.
