Not the best, but not the worst. The pizza, sucked. Pizza had no flavor and my toppings were still kind of cold. The customer service blah!! The atmosphere is really nice. Would I come here again, probably not.

They have the best pizza here! It tastes like it was homemade from scratch and the sauce had little chunks of tomato. They have me a free meatball to sample while waiting for pizza. Also the bathrooms were nice and clean. Hope they open a location closer to York/Lancaster area someday.

During my inaugural visit to Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, and the inviting atmosphere made me feel right at home. The coal-fired pizzas turned out to be a delightful revelation, boasting a perfect balance of crispy and chewy in their thin crusts, bursting with incredible flavors that left me craving more.

Horrible!! It was 8:30 when we got there and they close at 9 so they weren’t happy to see us. Very uncomfortable when all the staff is just standing around and staring at you. All we wanted were wings and meatballs. We asked for the wings to be extra crispy (we always ask for them that way… we usually go to Blue Bell or Willow Grove)… they came out burnt on one side and soggy on the other side. The seasoning (dry rub #2) was only on some of the wings. We only ate 6 of the 20 wings. We ate the meatballs but aren’t sure if we should have because something was really funny to the staff when getting them for us.

I am usually not a Fan of any Chains. But since it was a Coal fired Pizza, I was willing to give it a chance for the Pizza Hunters App. To start, the service was excellent. The manger brought out a small sampler plate while we waited for our pizza with a Meatball, garlic knots and wings. Nice gesture and got us thinking about more of their menu. The Pizza itself was excellent. Every bite had the perfect blend of Sauce, Cheese and Crust..Was very happy with the Pie, which did not last long. Would definitely go back again when in the area, or would try another location to see the consistency .

Horrible! We stopped here for a roaptrip, super excited to eat pizza and salad…I don’t reccomend this place. The pizza was burned and had more tomatoe sauce than anything else. ( We ordered cheese and pepperoni pizza) The chicken ceaser salad was just lettuce and stale bread as croutons… I td the waitress and she didnt care… the chicken had No flavor. I never paid 15.00 dollars for just lettuce and stale bread.. Disgusting! The sad part is that we ate there, since we don’t know the area, the kids were hungry and we had to go.

Nice place. Small chain. Very friendly staff. You can order online for curbside service. They have a nice program where if you sign up for their loyalty program you get a free 12” pizza.
